This is my go-to spot. As a special needs parent, an ESE paraprofessional and teacher and former life skills teacher for adults in the I/DD community, I know how important Bitty and Beaus is for the communities they are located. It is really a decent cup of coffee and good baked goods (HUGE rice crispies treats). The workflow model is set up to help the employees succeed as independently as possible as well as keeping pace on par with corporate coffee shops... the ambiance is upbeat and airy, even when it is slam packed (as it often is) you don't feel overwhelmed or that you're going to get lost in the fray... they've never got my (often) large orders wrong nor did it take a crazy long amount of time. Be prepared- to keep the process simplified for their employees they do not deal with any...
