Usually really great food, but sometimes drop the ball. This unfortunately happens more than occasionally. They didn't put the black beans in my Ranchero Fajitas again; last time this happened I called, and the lady said they "don't have black beans" - not that they ran out, just that they don't have them. I told her that they're listed in the menu item description, and this wasn't mentioned at checkout when we came to pick up the order. She reiterated that they don't have them. This hasn't changed on the menu, and the last time we ordered it (different day) it was made right. Was not mentioned again tonight. Also, the menu shown online has only one option for guacamole at $5.99, but apparently it's $5.99 for a small guacamole and "$10 for the large size" (said the lady at the pick-up window). So this 6-ounce container is $5.99, but then when I asked, they DO have the smaller size for $0.99 - a 2-ounce. So, for the small guacamole 6-ounce container, we're paying 6 bucks, but the 2-ounce is only a dollar. This is a rip off, cheating the customers. Next time I'll be asking for three 2-ounce containers if I'm wanting that amount of guac. The food is great, but I really don't think I should have to sit in the drive-thru when I pick up my order and open each container to make sure it has all the ingredients listed in the description, nor do I think I should be B.S.ed about the food. I understand that mistakes happen, but please, if you're out of something, let the customer know before allowing them to pay and get all the way home with their food, and please don't cheat the customer on food item sizes, or at least be transparent about the amount we're getting for the money we're paying so that we can make an educated decision about what we're ordering before we place our order. I frequent this establishment as the food is really delicious (usually between $40 and $70 per visit), and it's a healthier option. I don't want free food; I just want to get what I order and not be cheated out of my money. Thanks.

Beyond disappointment in this business this occurred on January 27th and it is now Feb 17th. I have stopped in and called multiple times trying to get the refund. They never have a manager there that can help, the one time there was she assured me it would be fixed. I just want my money back. Placed an online order, it allowed me to add to the order so I added to it because my daughters friend was spending the night. Went picked up order brought home and it didn't have the added on good. Checked my bank a pending charge for the first amount and then the second amount were there. It happens it sometimes will do that and one charge will fall off. I still called no manager but I told them didn't receive full order they said call back when a manager was present. I called the next day they said they won't come in until 330. So I stopped by and talked to a lady no manager. Left my number. Never received call or refund. Finally both purchases cleared my bank brought this in to the resturant no help no nothing. Messaged their Facebook and got some bullcrap response. Since it looks like I won't get a refund I want other to be aware.

I come from northern Illinois where we have a Los Rancheros in Dekalb that is very good so I was drawn to this one while traveling for work. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Rancheros Cheesesteak and my coworker ordered the massive burrito in the picture. Both dishes were phenomenal. The staff were attentive to us and kept us satisfied the whole experience. Me and my co-worker are both extremely impressed with this restaurant. If you’re looking for quality authentic Mexican food and friendly faces, this is the place.

I come from northern Illinois where we have a Los Rancheros in Dekalb that is very good so I was drawn to this one while traveling for work. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Rancheros Cheesesteak and my coworker ordered the massive burrito in the picture. Both dishes were phenomenal. The staff were attentive to us and kept us satisfied the whole experience. Me and my co-worker are both extremely impressed with this restaurant. If you’re looking for quality authentic Mexican food and friendly faces, this is the place.

We like Mexican food. We went to check this place out. Still in the remodeling stages as of June 23, 2022. Service was good. Answered questions about food. I forgot to ask for corn tortillas with my order, but the server kindly corrected the situation for me. YUM. I had vegetable fajitas with an order guacamole for my chip. The guacamole was better than most and I ate it all. The fajitas were good, but the mushrooms tasted like canned, and tomatoes were mushy and stringy; the rest of the veggies were pretty good, the onions and green peepers being preferred. Sis had the lunch burrito plate, ate it all. I was disappointed no coffee was available with the luncheon menu. Made up for it though by serving lime with my water when I asked if it was available. Décor was nice but not finished, restaurant was large and free standing also has a screened patio and bar area. I would like to see décor and working fountain when finished. (If that...
