Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Went to the drive-through for lunch ordered #5 meal and some nuggets. I received a fish sandwi took the order back into the restaurant and advised the manager the order was wrong she said OK she will fix it. I waited 25 minutes and when the restaurant emptied I asked her if she forgot about me to which she said she did. I said we'll can I just get a refund, she then git angry asked for my Receipt for payment, I then advised her she took my bag and thought it away when I said the order was wrong so I didn't have a receipt. She then went off cursing and yelling and telling me I was gonna sit and wait for my refund and proceed to serve everybody in the restaurant and refuse to return my money or give me food. There is 2 cameras right above her so clearly it caught everything on camera including what she said the cursing and how she was acting in the fact that I did nothing to provoke any of that except for ask for my food or a refund. She stated that she was not the manager full time there that she is a manager at another store and was there helping out today. I was there 11/16 from 12:15pm - 1:30pm and yes left with no food or a refund. So I guess I will be forced to take action through my bank and corporate office. We're in there to pick up an order. And a manager tells Manny to push the button. I pushed the button. He then wants me to show him. I shown but he can't read because you says I need to push the button but it reads on there. It says when I have bought it to the person's house. Then I have to hit the button. So I told him that picked up the food and started walking out the door he started giving me lip and told me something and I said, I'm not coming back the next thing I know. This guy is. Outside at my car flipping me off. Giving me the finger the middle finger. And then acts like he's got a gun like he thinks he's the only person with a gun in this world that was the manager. Some thorn country maybe Jamaica. Don't know where but somewhere born little guy with a big mouth. Drives a Chevy impala with rims on it.Laugh out loud. This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to. Waited in the drive thru at 11:30 on a Sunday at the speaker box for 10 minutes and no cars in front of me. No one answered the speaker, so after 10 minutes I decided to drive up to the window. There was not a soul in sight. Decide to pull into a parking space and go inside and the doors are locked. Walking back to the car I see 3 employees come around from the back and go inside to start taking orders. There is now 5 cars waiting in the drive thru. I give up at this point. I can only assume they were out back smoking pot or something. My husband decides to give it a try for dinner that night because I was really craving a whopper and don't get to eat fast food ever. He waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes. The only reason he didn't leave was because he was blocked in. Then when he got the food, it was ice cold and nasty. Not to mention they were out of onion rings and fountain drinks. We have lived across the street from this burger king for 12 years and the handful of times we have gone there, it has always been nasty. This will be the last time. Definitely in need of new management and...
