When we went in the restaurant there was nobody in that order to customize the setting in the restaurant eating it took them 35 minutes to get your food to you then the manager there actually took the food to the wrong table and set it on the table for another customer. Then he looked around the corner to the OS anyone else sitting here waiting on food and I said I've been waiting for 35 minutes. I said but I do not want that food you just said on someone else's table that belong to me. So he took it and set it up in the heating window and left its setting and went back to make fresh food the cook said why we got to make fresh food. The cook was ran an orange stocking cap on his head which is very unprofessional the cashier kept apologizing saying we're short on people that's why we're so slow it took them at least 45 or 50 minutes to get the food and only thing they could say is sorry for the wait will behind never offered a discounted food never offered a free dessert or anything which is very unprofessional I have been a restaurant general manager for over 5 years and that is very unacceptable. Had a customer returned her food your to that it was not what she ordered the manager asked her for a receipt she said they never gave her a receipt but I can't do nothing without a receipt so the customer said all I want is my money back the manager told her you can leave my restaurant or I will call the police on you. This manager of this restaurant is very unprofessional if you got to threaten a customer with the police then they be you and the wrong type of business. I asked for the GM's name and number or the DM's Damon number or even the corporate office never got neither three of them. The food after we waited that long wasn't even cooked fully cooked it was half raw which is I mean the whole situation is very unprofessional. As I approached the front to place an order I'm looking around for someone to come take My order I noticed a couple sitting waiting for their order after a few minutes a Cook came from the kitchen and gave the order to the Customers that was waiting but he didn't say anything to me he started talking to a young man that was in the front standing beside me having a conversation then another employee came from the back and Grab the Condiments from the lobby to refill I'm still waiting Patiently for anybody just somebody to at least acknowledge me then two more customers walked in I must have waited about 15mins+ at this time I asked is there anyone working to the Front?? the young man that was taking orders at the Drive-Thru said "ma'am I'll be with you in a minute" when he found his way to finally take My order after the Long wait you would expect to get what you order and the simplest thing was Lemonade with my Combo and they were Out so I asked for Pepsi they're Out I ended up with a Root Beer and they were Out of Napkins as well at this time I said and y'all OUT OF HELP!!! and Yall must be under New Management he said "Yes"!!! Read moreI ordered the fish meal, which I love. I should have known to be more diligent when I saw what appeared to be mostly teenagers working. The service wasn't terrible, but if my order is wrong I have to take a star away from you for service. I get home and sit down to a meal of 2 shriveled chicken fingers and brocolli with water in the container. I love and would recommend Captain Ds Big fish sandwich and fish meal (which is what I was expecting).Their mistake today was Very disappointing. This experience taught me two things: Don't count on previous service, hold up Captain Ds line and check the order, and secondly, dont ever order the chicken fingers. I wish I'd photographed it but my disappointment distracted me. Were it not for the 2 hushpuppies (🤮) I wpuld have thought it was a kids meal.
