My friend convinced me to come here with her for lunch and the customer service alone will make you want to leave. Initially we went up to the counter to order and you start to hear murmuring from other customers who have been waiting an extended period of time to even order. My friend allowed them to order before her to be polite. We sat and waited for our food, I had to wait an extended period of time for my drink and by the time I got my food, I still had no drink. We saw a group people who came in well after us that seemed like their friends/regulars maybe and they got service that was much faster and nicer than the rest of us. They had a tray of empanadas dropped at their table meanwhile we didn’t have all our food or the other people who my friend let order before her. My food was not bad but not that great either. My friends food was much better but unfortunately she got her food after waiting almost 45 minutes. The man at the registered tried to explain that they were shortstaffed, which we were really trying to be understanding of, and we’re very nice the whole time, but the last straw was when my friend didn’t like her drink and they were trying to make her pay to switch it. If the customer service was better we would’ve been willing to try again another time but...

Recently had the pleasure of trying Galaxy Burgers from their food truck, and it was an experience worth every bite. This is the most utterly repulsive food I've ever eaten. The chicken nuggets tasted like they had expired. The burgers aren't even burgers. They're just mounds of bread and tomatoes shaped into a lump and falling apart. I had to throw everything away because it tasted so disgusting. Never again.
