We have been a long time customer of this domino's we order 3 to 5 times a week for lunch and dinner for friends and the kids never have had a problem. Today we order pizza for the little ones for lunch I use our card everything went as normal. Until the driver arrived it was or normal delivery driver as usual great guy real friendly but he informs me the boss has set a new policy to see I'd and the card. Great I say it protects card holders unfortunately the card was in my wife's name. Same last name though he stats he can't give me the order. Now we order multiple times a week the guy knows us I provide my ID a marriage certificate recent utility bills the psychal card but can not provide her I'd because she is present. Me and the driver call the shop togther to plead our case they make him turn around and inform us we can't have the food. The kids start crying they are hungry and literally have to watch the food walk away We order this way for years from the same place through out the week nothing was ever mentioned prior to this about the upcoming change.    Read moreThe menu items are all those on the National menu. Since theyâre all pre-prepped with standard ingredients the prepared at the store, theyâre all the same. Good, if you like Dominoâs. BUT donât shop this store if youâre looking for good service. If you order online from this store, expect your food to arrive cold. They send out many orders with a single delivery person, and if, as in my case youâre only 3/4 of a mile from them, it doesnât matter. Iâve waited 2 hours for a pizza because they delivered to 10 other addresses in my neighborhood before mine, without regard to the order in which the orders were placed. This DIRECTLY FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER! And never expect to have your call answered in fewer than 30 minutes. If youâre lucky enough to get an employee whoâs not the manager, you might be lucky enough to speak to someone pleasant. HOWEVER, if the reason for your call is to get a refund for your cold food, absurdly delayed delivery time, or anything that requires management approval, then FORGET IT! This store, at least, definitely has a code of defending their own.

So disappointed that it took me filing multiple offical complaints with Domino's and my credit card. 16Oct24: Once again store canceled order and failed to refund money on 12Oct24. Reason for cancelation out of product. Called 16Oct24 because charge was still on credit card. Manager said couldn't find record of transaction. Very shiesty. 20Jul24: Jacksonville FL finally made restitution on Sat 20Jul24 however, delivery took over 2 hours. I am a loyal customer with 80 points currently accumulated but this experience has given me pause. I can't currently see myself ordering to use those points except as a gift to someone. Very disappointed. ORIGINAL: On 13Jul24 driver dropped my boxes of wings to the ground, picked them up and kept them. She told me a fresh order would be prepared and delivered, but the order was never delivered. My credit card was charged even though when I called the store the manager told me I would be getting a refund. Thoroughly disgusted....
