Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

LYDIA WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE MANAGER EVER I ordered a delivery of a free pizza from my points and some hot buffalo wings when it got delivered to me the pizza was perfect, but the wings were my buffalo because if you notice my buffalo is lighter than Hot buffalo sauce so I called and a boy named Eric answered and I had told him that when the wings got delivered to me it was the wrong sauce so he was like let me Go get my manager well when the manager came she picked up the phone and she hung up so I called back and asked did the car disconnect or somebody hung up and he said I don’t know so I came there even though I paid for delivery and had to get my wings remade just for Lydia to try to tell me that I’m colorblind and the wings she just gave me was the same color now the first picture is the wings she gave me and the second picture is the remake I had to go get

And then not only that, but after arguing with me, she grab the big bottle that they used the sauce in it started just overflowing my wings as y’all see in the picture saying so this isn’t the same color so this isn’t...

I can't believe that person who took my orders had played me.i order 4 pizza and he charge me for 5 pizza. When he told me my total I was like did u have down 4 pizza and he said yes. I'm thinking it doesn't make sense how much it had cost. So I ask again and he still said yes 4 pizza. So I said ok and hung up. So I call back and ask again and give me a total breakdown on my order. He said 39.84 plus tax.ok so I hung up.pizza get here and that's when I realize he had charge me 5 pizza. Smh. I call him and ask y he lied when I kept telling him I order 4 pizza. He apologize and ask me what is it that I want to do...smh. I just said nothing bc I just can't believe what I just heard..I will never ever order from them again.i will be taking my business somewhere else. Also I ask the delivery person did I get a receipt and he said no did u ask for one..hmm I didn't know u have to ask for a receipt. And then the delivery didn't have change to give back..omg I just said keep the change. 44.86 and 5.00 for delivery. I'm telling ya stay away from domino's pizza or...

Wouldn’t even give one star but had to to right a review! Husband placed order online and it stated that it would be 30 to 45 min, so tracked our order and it stated it left the store at 901 pm at 931 it still hadn’t arrived. So we placed a call into the store and some little girl decided to tell us that they were having computer problems and they had been very busy. She tried offering us a free soda. Of course we said no and then she proceeds to tell us that our order had just left the store. My husband stated that we don’t want a free drink that we want our pizza to be hot and she processed to have an attitude on the phone and just handed it off to the manager which was no help at all. So we will be contacting corporate bec this is unexceptable in my eyes. When your online app clearly stated 30/45 min for delivery and it takes over an hour your lucky I even paid for my damn pizza. So we won’t be getting delivery from this one anymore. Shity service and management in my eyes. Can’t believe they are even able to keep...
