I have been so extremely kind and patient with the owner. I first took my phone to him in the summer of this year, 2024. He stated that he’d have my phone fixed by that Monday. It was Sunday. He gave me a temporary cheap screen. And I went home. Monday passed. Tuesday passed and my phone screen was having issues. Wednesday I went to see what the problem was. He stated that the delivery hadn’t come, and he was waiting on it. This exact same problem continued for two three months. I spent around $500 with fake promises to fix my phone. I had to take it to other shops and try to work on it myself because of his inability to properly complete a task. I am not the only one in Jacksonville that had had this exact same issue with the owner. He stated TWICE, not that I have any reason to trust his word, that he would fix the back of my phone completely, even stating it was a “quick fix” that he had ordered a $75 whole new back to my phone that included a new power button and would have fixed my phone. Unfortunately, due to his lack of integrity, my phone is still broken to this day. And now, when my husband talked to him today, he says he wants an additional $50 to fix the problem that he already stated he would fix for free and he would be able to do two days from now. It has now been almost or over 6 months since I first took my phone here: I highly do not recommend, otherwise you will be facing the same problem that I, and many other people in Jacksonville have faced. Spare yourself the disorganized wait and go to the other repair companies in town. I got scammed here. They took our money up front, and claimed it was warrantied for labor but then later said it wasn't covered. They forgot to order the part and never called me back even though they already had our money. I had to call again and then they finally ordered it. When I got it back, the LED behind the screen had a bright spot where something was pushing on the screen inside. How did that not get noticed? Do yall not check your work?

We immediately took it to another repair shop in town where the first question they asked me was if we had taken it to the mall because everyone else always has to have them fix the issues caused by this mall kiosk. The new company said this kiosk undercuts their rates but uses lower quality parts. They also said other customers mentioned being harassed for posting their bad reviews here, but that's too bad. I'm posting my honest review regardless because this was an expensive mistake coming here.

The new company opened it back up and discovered a ton of missing screws and a bunched up ribbon cable pushing on the screen on too of the battery which would have eventually ruined it. Seriously? I trusted these guys with a $1300 iPad and won't ever make the same mistake again. They don't care about quality or accuracy or customer service. Don't even bother, unless you don't mind paying someone else to fix...

Went here for a cracked screen replacement, the screen was replaced with a low quality part that caused my phone to have all sorts of issues it didnt have before the repair. The touch screen no longer works properly, fingerprint sensor is broken, and a plethora of other things. I notified the business owner of this, he said to bring it back and he would replace it again, so I did. Same issues. He offered to refund me and pay for me to get it repaired properly somewhere else, I said that would be fine. It has now been almost six months, and I have kindly requested that he send the promised refund about a dozen times. He has promised every time that he will send it and then ghosted me, and given some sort of an excuse whenever I ask about it again. He unfortunately also told me I had no choice but to pay cash at the time of the original payment, so I now have no recourse other than to file a complaint with the proper authorities.
