Has got to be the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a store. I Purchased a witches hat and paid cash for it. I tried the hat on after leaving the store and did not like the way it fit, I called the store back spoke with the manager. I was questioned non stop about the hat and how it was supposed to be worn even though I kept trying to explain that I was not satisfied with the product. The manager then stated that without the receipt they would not be able to refund me for returning it. I hung up the phone. DO NOT purchase costumes here, they come defected and expect you to do the quality control for them. Their business practice is “ well you should have tried it on and inspected it before buying”. Sir if you know you’re that size why would you need to try on a $20.00 costume. We will pay $20 for a cheap shirt BUT it shouldn’t be ripped from top to bottom. We don’t want to throw away $20.00.
