it looks like they respond to good reviews but didn’t take the time to respond to mine I will never use them. I went in two weeks prior I also sent in texts which they didn’t get back to me which I was okay with after speaking with them. I showed the design artist numerous pictures. On the day before my wedding while frantically trying to do other things I picked up the flowers. One they were not what I showed them at all. The roses were already wilting and turning brown and some of the greenary had brown spots on it. To some people this isn’t a big deal, but spending $100 on my boquet and wanting to preserve them after for my special day it is to me. I politely told them this wasn’t what I asked for and showed pictures again. The second time she gave them back to me and they were still wilted and had brown on the greenery. At this point I was getting frustrated so I had my fiancé go in. She told my fiancé they had no more white roses or flowers because they used them for funerals. If I worked there, I would have offered to even go to a publics or anywhere to go pick up some fresh flowers. He said the woman didn’t seem to understand that well and was getting frustrated. She ended up fixing it better than it was and took out the brown greenery the third time, but I ended up giving up and just dealing with it. By the next morning of my wedding after keeping the flowers in water in the fridge the roses were even more wilted. I truly wish I went...

Ordered flowers for my wife on a 'Just Because" occasion, yet it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. When my wife wasn't off work yet, the delivery driver delivered the flowers to a neighbor (that we aren't too fond of), because he misunderstood the cute not I had written for my wife. Although it was an inconvenience, it was a true misunderstanding so I kind of understood. But when I called to see what was going on with the flowers, the guy I talked to wasn't quite as professional as I had expected him to be. Now, I take mannerisms very seriously, especially when you are representing a business. So answering the phone with "yeah..." didn't appeal to me much. Finding out exactly where my flowers were became a task because apparently, they had gotten the neighborhood and/or houses mixed up. Then he says how it was my fault for not specifying that I wanted my package returned to the store if no one was home upon delivery. I had never heard of that with any other order EVER so I was very lost. Had there been a slot for a timed delivery, I feel like this whole thing would have went smoothly. The Flower Shoppe just became my go to for sending flowers in Jacksonville. I live out of state and had originally ordered from another local business who failed to deliver flowers for my daughters birthday. When I called over to the Flower Shoppe the lady who answered was so super sweet and willing to assist with my flower emergency. Although it was after their deadline to place same day orders, they made an exception and took care of my flower needs. The delivery fee was discounted, and the flowers arrived to my daughter within hours. I chose the designers choice and was not disappointed by how beautiful the arrangement was put together even as a last minute request. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible..I will definitely be using them every time I wish to send flowers to my daughter who is stationed in Jacksonville. Way to go...
