April 2025 ⭐ Still terrible. I rarely go to Domino's except when there's a good deal. Previously, the pizza I ordered was wrong. I was given credit which was nice. However, The 50% off deal is what brought me in this time, hoping things had improved. They hadn't.
There were 4 workers present, 1 outside sitting on the curb, another inside working and 2 just hanging out. They were looking at one of their phones. I waited just over 5 minutes. Then the person that was outside came in and asked me if I'd been helped. I appreciated him checking in but it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait at all when there were 3 people doing nothing. Additionally, both pizzas were ice cold and the toppings one was sparse and haphazardly tossed on it. Visiting Domino's once or twice a year is still too much for me. 👎
June 2024 one star ⭐ Well things have gone down hill. Food is subpar and there's consistent mistakes with my orders. However, the worse issue is the revolving door of substandard staff. Multiple times I would be sitting at the pick up window for 5 to 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. That's not the worst of it though.
On two occasions, I submitted an order which was not showing any progress on the app. Both times when I went in to check on it, the reason for lack of progress was due to a staff member quitting and leaving on the spot with nonone else at the restaurant. A vendor was there the first time it happened and he said the same thing happened a couple weeks before then. Pizza Hut now gets our business.
June 2023 three stars ⭐⭐⭐ I have to say, this Dominoes has really improved the past year. Ordered from them 4 times and no problems. While it still takes awhile to get my order at the pick up window, the food has improved. Keep up the good work.

Read morePlaced an order this evening and I didn't get my order. Online the tracker said it was being made and showed it was in the oven and went through quality check and then was sent out for delivery. After about 20 minutes the order was still not here so we called and after speaking to two people we found out our food wasn't even made . Very disappointed after an hour of wasted time and no food no coupon or complimentary item was even offered . They said they were out of sandwiches so they never made any of my order. Very displeased with this. They could have at least made the rest of my food and threw in a bread or pasta . Also I'm upset with the tracker this is entirely the reason I'm giving this a one star . You went through the entire process making me think I had my order on the way and it wasn't even made. So either the tracker doesn't work or someone lied either way this is very deceptive. So I decided to try to order a second time thinking it may be a bad night and did a pick up order ( June 6th)... and the following pictures are what we received... There are no words to describe this . No cheese and burnt . Called the store and got a very snotty person " Isabella?" Who didn't want to do anything about the order . My food had been delivered to the wrong address and the Manager on duty Angelica took the phone from a confused employee and began to SHOUT at me that there was a fire in the oven and someone would help me later and that no one could help me right now. Then I was hung up on. Completely confused and dumbfounded I called back to ask a few questions and was met with shouting AGAIN immediately, I had to ask for the manager and was shocked when Angelica told me she was in charge. Honestly, I had to give her a piece of my mind and say that was no way to treat a customer who is ignorant of anything that goes on inside a business especially when my order was delivered to the wrong address in the first place. She hung up on me again after saying "customer service doesn't matter in an emergency." I won't be using them again, I will be taking my complaints to your regional manager because of how awful Angelica treated me on that interraction. Just pitiful.
You're better off at Pizza Hut, Leo's or even Little Caesars. All of these places have great service and they have tight crews. ...
