Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I rarely post "negative" reviews but I am genuinely just so fed up. The people that work at this Dunkin are the only reason it's even getting a 3 🌟 because they're amazing. I order the same drink every single time I come, it's a pretty simple drink imo, a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream. Coffee, caramel syrup and whipped cream. So tell me why I ended up with this, AGAIN? 3 Coffee Syrup 3 Caramel Swirl 3 Vanilla Shot 1 Cream 1 Caramel Cup Drizzle 1 Whipped Cream 1 Caramel Drizzle 1 Cinnamon Sugar If I wanted this disgusting cupcake with cinnamon I would have ordered it. It's too sweet, I hate cinnamon and honestly it's more work for the people making it. Of course I don't realize what they gave me until I'm almost home and then what's the point? And I feel condescending if I spell it out for them so I make sure they get it right. I shouldn't have to say "I want a frozen coffee with 3 pumps of caramel and whipped cream, not that cinnamon sugar thing. And please make sure it's the right one." Every time I order. Or when they ask me if I would rather have the cinnamon sugar one and I have to go, "No. I would like what I ordered" and I have to spell it back out for them. Again, the people that work at this dunkin are phenomenal and I do not blame them, they are probably just assuming that's what I want and hitting the button but...

I go to this Duncan Donuts on Gum Branch Rd because it is right around the corner from my house. I don’t want to drive all the way to Western Blvd. to get my food and coffee but I’m going to have to! This is the 3rd time this week my coffee was wrong. I order slowly so they should be able to get it right more times than not. i always have to repeat myself and even a second person usually get on the microphone. So not only 1 person is getting it wrong! I understands mistakes happen but it’s more than that! To make things worse the line was not only wrapped around the building but overflowed to the outside of their lot. I waited 45 minutes to get my order and my coffee was made wrong and has absolutely no sugar in it...discussing! I fixed it when I got home but if I wanted to make my coffee at home that is exactly what I would have done. I don’t want to hear the excuse of how busy they are! We’re all busy in our jobs and constant mistakes are not acceptable. I never see a manager at the window like the one on Western. Just a bunch of Chaos! It is worth the drive to Western Blvd Duncan Donuts! I paid for the persons order behind me...Hope their order was...

Came to the establishment on the evening of July 1st for a quick bite and to grab donuts for the family for the morning. But was greeted very rudely by the gentleman working who informs me that they are out of donuts. With at least an hour to closing and with donut literally in the name I found this very surprising, it was like going to Burger King and having them being out of burgers. As I approached the window the gentlemen still had zero customer service skills as he handed me my bottle drink and what food they did have. I asked for a cup of ice and was told I would have to purchase the ice in order to get a cup of ice. Again at a complete loss and couldn’t believe how a place could charge for ice that literally comes from the city water. Besides having no donuts it was the extreme lack of customer service, which if he had some could have gone a long way and maybe I would have left with a...
