I am a BIG Dunkin Donuts fan...have eaten there almost all of my life, and even worked there once upon a time...so I know what they expect of their employees as far as customer service goes.
This was the worst experience I have ever had......the only positive thing is that my order was correct when i received it, but let me tell you what I endured to get that...definitely a WOW moment....
So, I get to the drive thru speaker, am greeted, and asked my order. I place my order...a bacon croissant, 10 munchkins, and hashbrowns. Simple right? Well I get done speaking...20 secs of silence...a new voice comes thru the speaker "welcome to dunkin donuts...." and asks my order. Being a patient person, I just repeat it...no worries. So I go through the order again....about 30-45 secs of silence...and the 3rd voice comes through the speaker. "Welcome to Dunkin Donuts" and asks my order...for the 3rd time. No "ma'am I couldnt hear you....", no "please bear with me one moment..." None of that. Just 3 different people making me repeat my simple order 3 different times.
So I repeat, 10 munchkins (5 choc, 5 jelly), hashbrowns, and a bacon croissant. I am asked quite rudely "SO you want a bacon egg cheese croissant??" I say "No, I want a bacon croissant." "Huh?" I say "Huh??? Put bacon on a croissant. Thats it." "Dang, I was just asking."...dang, huh?? This is customer service? Yea. Really makes me want to come back.
I get to the window...no eye contact....too busy laughing with the other girl behind her. Suprisingly, the order was right....but I didn't get a single napkin...or the wax sheet that should be in the bag with munchkins.......no biggie, but after everything else, I was just too through.
I love Dunkin Donuts, but I'll find another one...

I get my food.... itās terrible I have six burnt rubbery hash browns and I can hardly stomach the sausage egg and cheese crosssont as my daughter picks it apart saying she just wants meet and cheese I go back to the register to ask if I can just have that and the woman in the back (assuming this is the manager because the cashier referred to her for an answer ) also the woman working the drive through says we have to give it to you with the bread and u can just take it apart...?!? First off there is a sign saying if thereās any allergyās to let cashier know what if it was an allergy if this was GOOD STAFF they would not have sold me unsatisfactory food and accommodated my need for my baby girl Iāve been a manager for 5 years and this would NOT slide of this was my store not to mention the cleanliness was terrible lobby and bathroom overall terrible experience and thank god I donāt live here and never have to come here again donāt know how they had...

Don't argue or justify with me as to how is it that you make your coffee. LATTE IS SUPPOSED TO BE STRONG. NOT LIGHT. OR JUST STEAM MILK. And if I complain to you that the order wasn't as I expected. Or I tell you that this is a recurrence with this place, don't @#$%@#$ tell me that if this keeps happening why do I keep coming back.
