There's an issue with the way orders are handled in line. I pulled up along with another car in front of me on the left (which was the shortest line). 4 cars pulled up after me in the right lane. One car on the right even sat at the menu for a few minutes while I was already in line to place my order. Two more cars pulled up behind me. Two ladies came out and decided instead of going one line each, they both went to the right side, took care of the two cars that came after me on the right, the car in front of me after (which is fine, he was there before me), then the ladies skipped me, went to the two cars behind me and right back to the right lane again to help two more cars that pulled up after the original two that pulled up after me. So in total the took the orders of 6 cars that came after me. In the meantime I couldn't leave to go to another business because I was tripped by all the cars there were server before me. It's not the first time this has happened. It's one of multiple times.
The manager was and is great. She deserves a raise. Always happy to help and sweet She made it up to me, but I felt I still needed to write a review because it's always been an issue but this time it was too much. Read moreI was excited to see a Dutch Brothers nearby and today I tried it. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who took my order at the drive-through menu. What took me back though is that of course she asked me to add a tip at the end. I don’t understand why these places are asking us to tip someone for taking our order? That really set me off.
The lemonade I ordered was fine, but the cranberry and orange muffin top was horrible. Not only was it cold, probably just out of the refrigerator, it was in a sealed plastic bag and was covered in sugar. If I wanted something that wasn’t fresh, I would’ve gone to the grocery store.
