This CFA is only getting 2 stars because the orders are correct, the food is fresh, and the drive through is -generally- pretty quick, but the positives end there. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul when it comes to their employees and their (lack of) customer service skills. Please understand that I am seeing this from the standpoint of someone who has worked in food service for 10+ years: there is a LOT going on at this store that needs to be addressed.
A week or so ago, I placed an order with the ONE app. I was told they were out of salads when I went to pick up my order, so after being told that they don't know if they can replaced my food with more food (!?! yes you can, literally EVERY restaurant can!), I swapped a salad for a chicken sandwich. I realize that I most likely lost money in getting just a sandwich instead of a salad, but I didn't have the patience to ask for the difference in money back as well: there was not a manager in sight. This brings us to the big problem: the front of house operations of this Chick Fil A appears to be run ENTIRELY by teenage girls. You have CUSTOMERS who feel uncomfortable for asking for their hard-earned money back because the front of house does not seem capable of handling the task, and management is nowhere to be found.
While I waited for my food, I watched as the cashiers stood behind the counter (being completely unproductive) and gossiped about other employees, restaurant business, who's-dating-who, and who's eyebrows look terrible. They are in their own little world until the clock strikes 10 pm and they're "closed". Here's the kicker: they are actually open till 11 because its a Friday. That didn't stop the cashiers from walking through the restaurant, calling back and forth to each other that they are closed while they still have customers eating in the dining room or walking outside to inform people in the drive through that they were "closed". By doing this, you've made customers who have (AGAIN) spent their hard-earned money (that pays YOUR PAYCHECK) to eat there feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your establishment.. and its partly because you don't know the operating hours of the place you work at.
I know a lot of people will read this off as a crazy person ranting, but this isn't for you, this is for the management of the store: If you're actually out there, get it together. You are loosing business, the positive reputation and customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for because of your poorly...
Read moreAs a first time customer to chick-fil-A I have always heard about their service but never experienced it. Yesterday evening I was in a hurry due to Halloween festivities, And quite frankly I just did not want to deal with any of the other fast food restaurants in our area. They're lack of customer service, always messing orders up, and the food just quite frankly being lackluster. So I decided to try Chick-fil-A with my husband.
OH BOY DID Y'ALL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! You now have a new loyal customer!!! The drive-thru was so well organized and seamless, From how you had your associates out there taking orders, Their friendliness, The fact that I didn't see one of them stuck in their phone ignoring customers, Not one of them was rude or seemed bothered by our presence there, And with the extremely long line I was in and out of there and under I would say 2 minutes if even that. When I finally got my food I didn't even feel like I needed to check it because I knew it was goingna be there!!! And then my favorite part, when I asked for one of your associates to give a customer compliment, Not only did that person seem thankful and attentive to do so, He actually did it!! What's more, The manager was actually right there, Which you never see!! All in all, Chick-fil-A I Compliment everything because there was no point in time when I saw any of your associates that felt like we were a bother to them, Their heads were never stuck in their phones instead of working, They all seemed happy to be there and happy to serve us food and do their job, We never got blamed for your app's not working, or Told that I know I'm at a cash register but go use that kiosk over there Because i'd rather talk to my friends behind the counter, i could a list any of the ridiculousness that we are seeing in all of the other fast food restaurants. In my opinion, All those fast food restaurants should take training from your team.
Side note: when we did get home, the food was all there... perfectly cooked and...
Read moreLet me start by saying this is not the first time I have visited this specific location and my order was not right. I came in on 04/02/2021 for dinner. When I came to the store the young lady that took my order messed it all up... dinner plans just ruined! I specifically wanted 2 chick-fil-a sandwiches, add pepper jack cheese, and add extra pickles with 2 large fries and 2 large Arnold Palmers. The order was very simple but some how it managed to be wrong. As I drove around the building to pick up my food I waited very patiently for 7 minutes as I watched other cars pass me with their food. Eventually it got to the point that I stepped out of my vehicle and approached the drive thru window asking for my Food. The reason for the delay was because the wrong car was stated with the order. When I thought I was handed my bag of food and good for the first time I was sadly mistaken. My bag was missing the 2 large fries and my 2 sandwiches had extra Colby jack instead of 1 slice of pepper jack on each sandwich as requested and there were no extra pickles as requested as well. The irritation is stemming from the fact that my order took longer in the first place and was still incorrect. At that point I was so mad I just gave up and took what was handed to me which was not what I ordered or intended to pay for at all. The ice cream on the cake is that my wife had a hair in her sandwich which was definitely not ordered. Thank you for the worst experience I have every had at any Chick-fil-a. It is very fortunate for this location that I did not receive a receipt for a survey because I would have lit...
