Hardee’s — Restaurant in Jacksonville

If I could give a Zero I would. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 pork chop biscuits and with gravy on the side and 2 hash browns. When I received my order my hash browns were missing and I only had 1 cup of gravy. I advised that I only had 1 gravy in my bag and my hash browns were missing the lady at the front said that was enough gravy for 2 people. The problem was it was going to a different home and NO ONE ASKED, if I needed in separate container which I thought it would’ve been obvious to put in separate containers because there’s 2 sandwiches ordered. There was a lady that came from that back being rude telling me that was enough for 2 people. Also, a guy that claimed to be a manager that stated the same instead of pleasing the customer. I advised once again that the sandwiches were going to 2 different homes. Not sure why as a customer would someone at the store Assume instead of just asking being that I would’ve thought this would be common sense. I will never go back there again as this is the 3rd time I received poor service. I was ignored twice when asking to speak with a manager and had to deal with a petty debate when ordering something so simple. 0 stars. I came through drive through sat at menu for 20 minutes they said "hold on." I payed then waited another 5 minutes when I received my food it was COMPLETE WRONG ORDER. So I went inside told the lady with a tattooed neck because they said she was drive through duty, I asked her politely if they can get me the correct order. She had nasty attitude asking where my order was which obviously was in the bag in my hand so when she grabbed the bag and the receipt with THE CORRECT ORDER I figured she was getting my order ready another 25 minutes go by and im sitting Inside when I ordered drive through then im seeing tattoed neck getting pies ready to fry and customer getting orders so I go back up to counter to other lady that was working drive through and asked her where my 2 biscuits where and she finnaly got them must've waited in there 45min-hour for 2 biscuits do not recommend NOT fast or efficient

Biscuits were fresh so that's why i gave the food 5 stars. The service was horrible. Unless you are in drive thru or online ordering you get ignored stood inside for 15 mins with 1 person ahead of me before i got to place my order. She was rude and short with me when she finally took my order. The only reason the biscuits were fresh is because the forgot to cook some more an ran out in the middle of breakfast. Literally the whole menu consists of biscuits so i feel like it was a terrible management job in part because the manager didn't even tell the boy to put more biscuit in till they were basically out and at that had 10 people inside plus a line around the building in drive thru and still only told him to drop one pan.
