Krystal — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I give this sorry restaurant no stars for customer service and quality/food prep. The manager some lady who didn’t answer the phone like the establishment was a business, answered like it was her house had a attitude answering the phone. I call to make a legitimate complaint about my order which I had to adjust to because they didn’t have any krystals burgers at the time. The wait on krystal burgers was 10 mins no lie that’s what I was told. So I ordered chili cheese fries I requested that I didn’t get more chili than French fries and I still did then to top it off I figured they would do the same thing again so I ordered extra fries and boom I was right then it was not hot food it was luke warm cheese didn’t melt that wasn’t even the problem I get to eating the fries I’m getting into em and boom a hair in my mouth good into eating these at this point cold fries. so here I go to call about it and the rude non professional manager has a attitude and tell me I was a liar and to bring the receipt back with the fries and hair remind you she knew who I was from my order so after I get off of work have to go all the way back there to give this lady a receipt and old fries because there is no customer loyalty in this sorry place but fortunately I do not want anything else from there ever and I will definitely recommend my money back from this low down restaurant please be aware that this is a dirty and unorganized restaurant and they are not happy about you being a customer that helps pay there bills. And I also got a flyer put into my bag for a cleaning service that I definitely would go to when this team work like this “Goodridge Cleaning services llc” this is unprofessional at its best, if a store manager or owner see this you should really be disappointed in the crew you have running your business especially the manager in charge she is extremely out of line from the 10 min wait to the cold food to the flyer from another organization which isn’t sanitary during This Covid-19 period. 1 star because I have to in order to...

I received my order and all the food was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered a pick 5 with cheese krystals all plain only cheese and every single one had mustard on it which I am allergic too. I called the store and spoke with the manager named Destini she said "you can let doordash know the order was wrong for a refund."but bc I didn't order the food through doordash they couldn't give me a refund. I let her know that I didn't order thr food through doordash but the krystals app for delivery and that krystals just uses doordash for delivery I guess. she responded with "I'm new and other than give u a refund if you come in I don't know what to do. " this was unhelpful as I don't have a car to come in otherwise I would've drove to pickup my food or drove for them to correct the order in its entirety NOT place a delivery order. i basically have an entire meal ordered and paid for that i can't eat. this store is horrible the staff can't read apparently and make correct orders and management is no help with problem solving to ensure customer is satisfied/gets their monies worth. This location doesn't deserve 3 stars. First off as we entered we were not acknowledged and when we were, the young lady was rude. NO customer service skills whatsoever! But we wanted Krystal burgers. The cleanliness of the entire place was subpar. Service Without a smile, she spoke in such a low tone of voice it appeared as if we were Bothering her!! Our order was close to correct, the fries were fresh and hot, but the burgers had No pickles, no extra onions or mustard. I attempted to go back inside to have this corrected and doors were locked, and there was 2 other customers inside. So I proceeded to the drive thru and explained, burgers have no pickles, no extra mustard and no extra onions. They corrected our order all right. They put 5 pickles on each burger, loaded up on onions and lots of mustard, which made the burgers gross! Really!!? No pride!! Needless to say I ate one and the fries, the other burgers went in the trash! I'll never visit this location ever again!!
