Hershey’s Ice Cream — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We had an amazing experience here tonight. We came in with 5 kids and 2 adults and there were 2 employee's working they served each one of us as we were ready to order, it went smoothly with having 5 kids want at the same time. After we order there was one table available and it was set for four to sit. The gentel man that was behind the counter, came around and brought us two chairs from the back to be sure we would be comfortable while eating our sweet treats. As we were eating he then showed the kids they could play games and they could not have lit up with any more excitement. They played game after game and there was even a challenge in connect four. Yummmmm! My hubby and I went to Hershey’s Ice Cream shop in Mandarin for the first time today. Sure, they have the traditional chocolate, vanilla, and other common flavors. But- then they offer up the Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle ice cream. That flavor will be calling my name ‘till the cows come home! The owner himself served a decadent sunday with a Rocky Road base for hubs and the Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle for me. But wait- there’s more! He curated the perfect nut pairing in each sunday (pecan for hubs and almonds for me) to compliment our ice cream choices. My wife and I finally had a chance to visit this place last night. The lady at the counter was very friendly. They have a really big selection of ice cream, 30+ flavors to choose from. This is a regular ice cream shop (as opposed to something like Whits which serves frozen custard or Jeremiah's which serves soft serve). If you are the type that likes to have a ton of options for ice cream flavors, then this place is definitely for you. I tired the banana pudding and my wife tried peanut butter.
