Kava & Company - Mandarin — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My fiance and I used to love coming here due to Jessica and Shays hospitality. About more than a month ago Vanessa was very unprofessional in her attitude towards my fiance and I, where it ended up both parties raising their voices at each other. Jessica handled the whole situation with apologies, some free drink tokens, and a bath bomb. I appreciate her for stepping up and rectifying the situation, but unfortunately the short comings to this establishment didn't end there. They hired a new girl not too long ago but was just fired due to her messing up the CBD batch by using delta 8 instead. I had a total of two encounters with the bad batch which resulted in giving me high anxiety. Furthermore, being 6 years sober the situation could had caused me to slip with my sobriety. It is certainly not acceptable. Later on they hired a new guy who made my fiance and I uncomfortable immediately when you walk in. I brought my friend in a couple weeks ago and lo and behold the same reaction....my friend feeling uncomfortable throughout all her experience. His body language, smirks and laughing when there is no joke being told really tells you everything. I used to come here everyday, even sometimes twice and more ! ...now it's...

One of my fav places to visit when I'm in Jacksonville. All of the employees are super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. They aren't pushy like many CBD stores and want you to have a product you will buy again because it works for you. I use the CBD cream as a moisturizer on my face and on my hands for arthritis. Their CBD dog treats are the best. We have an aging shepherd with hip dysplasia and the treats (at the recommended dosage) are a big help with his quality of life. The girls are happy to ship them to me when I can't get over to Jax. On my last visit, I tried Kava and ended up buying some to bring home. I can recommend it in the Chai Tea. My son tried the kratom in strawberry and found it to be a bit bitter so maybe cherry would be a better choice. Don't miss out,...

ry or Rye or whatever his name is; working the evening shift of the 11th of december. makes the most watered down coffee, after having been told over 7 times what the two coffee’s were, still managed to make one entirely incorrectly. and that would be okay if he had any sort of positive attitude, for which he did the lady he clearly was acquainted with before me, but he did a complete 180 attitude swap the second me and my boyfriend came in for absolutely no reason, was short, disinterested in the order in an attempt to rush the already small order. would give a 0/5 if i could. it sucks i have to call to see who’s working before i come in to even know if my coffee will be done right. to those of you who do make it properly...
