I just want to brag about this store I don't know who the management is but it doesn't matter what time of day I come through this place the service is always Immaculate every single employee there is kind courteous and fast I came through tonight on my way home and wanted to grab some food for my family I ordered a rather large order and almost everything on the order from the order screen to the window my order was made and there was no one in front of me I pulled over just a check and make sure nothing was missed because of the specifications and everything was fresh hot and nothing was missed I was so impressed with how fast they were able to make specified orders on the spot not with dried up food from hot holding and how courteous the staff was I had to go back around and give them all the cash I had left in my wallet which wasn't much I usually use a card but I came back through the drive-thru pretended to have an issue with my order and they were so kind and courteous that they wanted to find out what they messed up so they can have it ready for me at the window and I felt bad and didn't want them to make something again because everything was perfect so I just told them they missed one of the sauces that I had paid for so when I got to the window I could give them all a tip to split great job whoever owns this franchise you should be proud of your employees and your management...
Read moreGreat customer service, actually. I know we all have had "our 2am taco bell outings" and We have all have the nights we need a quick dinner idea, chose taco bell, get home, and your child is missing his/her soft taco, or its hard not soft, but THE Old St. Augustine Rd location, is on point with their customer, quality, customer service.
Last time my son's cheese, chicken quesdia was only half chicken. The other time my dorrito taco was missing the dorrito... But they have bada## customer service, hands down, the best I've seen in my 30 years visiting the place or 20, however long its been there. I'm 40 and live in Mandarin, for like, My whole life but the 4 years I lived in St. Pete, FL, place of birth..... Or the seven in the chain-gang, so I guess now I calculate, the 29 years I lived there, and however long its been open.... 5 Stars. Customer Service Is Key....!
Good Job Customer Service Dude, who really, really likes his job.... go visit taco bell at this location, you will know exactly who I am speaking of, he is very into performing his job roles, duties, and responsibilities, along with his sales-like mentality "Other Characteristics" in his KSAOCs Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Other Characteristics as taught in HRM and...
Read moreThanks taco bell, I really appreciate the extra carbon in my meal. Do you not train your staff or have competent team members? I have NEVER gone to this location and NOT had something seriously messed up or missing from my order.
Please find new management, this is terrible and I personally LOVE taco bell. I go 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this location and I live 3 minutes away. I had a moment of weakness and thought there is no way they can mess up their brand new menu item that they are advertising! Mistake.
Bonus ! After throwing away that burned combo meal that I paid $9.99 for, I opened my crunch wrap supreme and it had less beef in it than a regular taco. $5 for an item and I didn't even get any meat in my first 3 bites so I cut it open to see if they forgot the meat (I wouldn't be shocked at this location) and you can see the tiniest bit of meat on the edge. I'm so done with this location. Places like this are the reason people think taco bell is terrible and going down hill, maybe they are right?
I ended up throwing this away too. It was too depressing eating a tortilla with just cheese lettuce tomato and the occasional sour cream bite. I spent over $16 for an edible Doritos locos taco and chalupa that came in the...
