If you’re looking for a Gyro then this may be the place for you, but I phoned before I came over and spoke to a man and being that I’ve never eaten here before, he provided some good options for a platter which is what I was looking for. It turns out his wife ( behind the counter when I arrived) apparently talked me out of a platter and instead I got a Greek salad with a grilled Salmon. Except this was a piece of fish I coukd have grilled myself at home on top of an American salad of pre-cut lettuce (tasted from a bag), tomatoes, could barely find any cucumbers, red onions, and black olives from a can! The salad was missing Kalimata olives, red roasted peppers, olive oil, Greek herbs, and as I put balsamic dressing on it, it tasted plain to me. By the way I ate in and had even given a generous tip. Only to have to pick up my dinner at the counter and as the lady owner did not wait on table. So if the eat-in and take-out are the same containers as options, then what was the point of my offering Tip when I paid not knowing I would not be served at table? This was a complete disappointment. I threw out half my salad it was that bad!. All the options the gentleman told me about went out the window. He just came out of the back to fry my fish. I sensed perhaps she had spoken to him prior to my coming and he hid. Completely bizarre. This is a fast food Greek place if you can call it that. The owners (wife annd husband) are from Turkey and she is unwelcoming. I had to ask for water!! I would skip this place and go visit Taziki’s which is a better more authentic Greek restaurant, with a real Greek salad and nice generous Salmon portions and homemade Tazki sauce. And the sides are great!! Fir the price in this place there is no comparison! This place appears to be an Americanized fast food Greek place. I live and I learn. Don’t visit this place again. A waist of money. ...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate pleasure of dining at Gyro365, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The lamb and beef gyro I ordered were shockingly bland, lacking any discernible flavor or seasoning. To put it frankly, I've had more exciting taste experiences eating cardboard. Comparing Gyro365's pitiful excuse for a gyro to Arby's is an insult to Arby's. Even the fast-food joint's gyro, which is far from gourmet, offers a more satisfying and flavorful experience than the sorry excuse for a gyro at Gyro365. To add insult to injury, within hours of consuming my subpar meal, I found myself running to the bathroom to expel the wretched food I had ingested. The food poisoning I contracted from this disastrous restaurant ruined my entire evening. From 6:45 PM until the wee hours of the morning, I was confined to my bathroom, enduring an unimaginable torment. The fact that I got food poisoning from Gyro365 is a testament to their utter lack of basic food safety standards. It is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant to subject its customers to such suffering and misery. One would think that a place specializing in gyros would know how to handle and prepare their ingredients properly, but clearly, Gyro365 missed that memo entirely. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this culinary disaster called Gyro365. Their bland and uninspiring gyros are a far cry from what you would expect, and the risk of contracting food poisoning is simply not worth it. I cannot stress enough how deeply disappointed and disgusted I am with my experience at this establishment. Spare yourself the agony and look elsewhere for...
Read moreI came to the soft open today.
Visually, this place had great decor, very minimalist and clean. The interior design allowed for plenty of seating but also space to walk. Menu was very readable and presented plenty of different customizable dishes and pictures. The station itself was set up so that you could see and smell the gyros cooking as soon as you entered the door. (The smell made me feel incredibly hungry haha)
Food itself was delicious, I ordered the beef and lamb gyro rice plate and tried some falafel and also some chicken gyro wrap. I love lamb and the flavor really came through, which gave me a pleasant surprise because of the seeming odd pairing. The protein was balanced off both texturally and flavor wise with some rice, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and authentic Mediterranean “mezzes,” some of which including spicy vegetables and eggplant. I chose a combination of tiziki and the gyro 365 sauce as my toppings for the meat itself and I loved it the contrast in heat.
The falafel tasted fresh and fragrant and so did the hummus. I really enjoyed the one bite of chicken gyro wrap I had - kind of like a spicy healthier version of a burrito (it is customizable).
Would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends! 10/10...
