From when we walked in the doors we were pleasantly surprised and greeted with a really friendly smile and hello! The restaurant was very clean and the entire staff was super delightful! On top of all of this the prices were awesome and the pizza itself was amazing & delicious!! You've definitely found a loyal & frequent regular customer from now on out!! The evening Assistant Manager with the long brown hair (styled in piggy-tail-french-braids....((too cute))with a headband I think) she is very petite, but her professionalism is not!! I feel as though she should definitely be acknowledged for her hard work, meticulous management & positive customer service attitude!! Her presence in your restaurant is certainly one of a kind & is definitely helping your business in a great way by offering an excellent experience to customers who come into your place of business!! My spouse had called in our order before we picked it up of course & he was so very pleasantly surprised & impressed that he could understand "ENGLISH" wording by which she was speaking!! There are far too many people in businesses today whose main position for their job is to answer the phone & the customer on the other end can't understand a freakin word their saying because of the unintelligent behavior of speaking ebonics or very poor phone manners which is EXTREMELY important to myself because I work in the administrative customer service management environment!! Read moreI ordered for the first time ever based on the ratings via the website for delivery...what came out was 45 minutes of tracking down my order to try to change it for delivery which is what we wanted, took me half an hour just to track down the pizza, the confirmation email I got was with the University BLVD address but a St. Petersburg number...I finally got somebody to actually bother to look AGAIN, even asked for a tech guy even had to argue with them to cancel the order and the charges from my cc. I did get a call back to let me know that the charge was taken off, I will keep an eye on my account to make sure because the way the whole situation was handled was far from professional. They need to fix that website and while they do the staff needs to at least be aware of what's coming in instead of just telling me "we're independently owned", that doesn't excuse you from your website working or refusing to give a corporate number where a situation like this can be better handled. I guess I'll never find out if their pizza is any good or not, not after the way the staff spoke to me on the phone and handled the whole situation.

Read moreFourth visit: ordered chicken parm sub got chicken parm pasta. I thought it was just bad luck but they’ve been consistently messing orders up left and right. Yes they’re nice and courteous, but basic competency goes a long way. My orders is made wrong or burnt or correct. You get 1/3rd chance of either results.
Third Edit: okay, it’s just a mixed bag. Sometimes your order comes out perfect, other times it’s burnt or just not made the way you ask. And I’m not gonna be that guy that returns their food if it’s not made right, however I’ll let them know so they can correct it or if it’s time for me to find a new place for lunch hour.
Edit: so I came here again, during dinner time; and the service was heavily lacking. My order was rang up incorrectly, made incorrectly, and the cashier was just all around incompetent as if he were under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I really don’t have the patience for it, and will accommodate the review score accordingly if it is rectified. But for now, I will stay weary of when I come to dine here.
