Please do not come to this Jimmy Johns, it will make you second guess Jimmy Johns Brand when over all Jimmy Johns is an amazing Franchise especially the one off of Tapestry and Jacksonville Beach location. Honestly all of the Jimmy Johns in Jacksonville Florida are better to order from then this location. This one is ran by Disrespectful Hooligans. The first sub the meat was placed incorrectly, it was falling out and the sandwich wasnât even able to fold. There was no lettuce when the ticket specifically says extra lettuce and I asked for spicy mustard and did not receive mustard Period. Following with the second sandwich Chris the manager took over and did not even Follow the ticket and was starting to place items such as tomatoes & onions on the sub when I specifically asked for NO tomatoes & onions. Then he placed lettuce all over the sub being sarcastic with the amount I requested. I requested extra lettuce, not ONLY lettuce. By then Chris(Manager) still didnât look at the ticket and continued making it without spicy mustard and started to wrap it, ONCE again I had to ask if he put spicy mustard on it and he said he did not and that I didnât request spicy mustard when the ticket clearly states Mustard. They were not able to make the sandwich how I required it and on the 3rd time they insisted they were not going to try again and can refund me. When I ordered it from the drive thru , the manager Chris was interrupting me on the intercom the entire time while rushing to get done with me and the Order I was placing. Therefore messing up the sandwich I ordered as well as completing a messy sub with the meat falling out and not placing it correctly in the sub.    Read moreWow. This was my first time ever at Jimmy Johns and I have NEVER seen such terrible service. I first walk in and I'm taking my time to read and make my decision on what sandwich I wanted and to my right, I oversee and hear an argument with a customer and the manager. If anyone knows anything about managerial positions, you NEVER argue, yell, and threaten the customer. This manager however, did all of the three listed. The man was repeating himself "Why can you not answer my question?" The manager replied with, " If you don't like my answer, then you can leave my store. You need to get out before I call the police!" as she starts picking up the phone and "starts" dialing 911. The man could not understand why she was acting that way and kept asking her his question. I have never seen a worker, yet alone, a manager of a store, get so heated and defensive other nothing. It was a very vile situation on the managers part and if this is the type of service Jimmy Johns stands for, you can count on me to never come back.
Not only was the manager acting like she owned the place, my sandwich was downright mediocre. A five year old could have put better effort into this sandwich. No wonder they quote them selfs on "freaky fast delivery", because there is nothing on the sandwich!!

I pull up and started to place my order, the girl taking the order was distracted with her phone and kept asking me to repeat the order, after repeating the order three times and watching the clerk sitting at a table still fiddling with her phone I was frustrated and repeated my order with a raised voice. I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up my order and a guy came to the window and said "your good" and walked away. I went inside and the girl was still on her phone and I ask the guy what was the problem and all he said was that I yelled at his employee repeated his "your good" statement and turned around and walked away.
I have been to this location many times and never had any problems. This visit was very frustrating, between the girl who was taking the order while distracted by her personal phone and the manager who would not serve me instead of addressing the actual issue of his employees.
