I worked here for about 8-9 months, it was the older location off San Jose. For one, I can say I only ate there once the whole time I worked there, the kitchen was so dirty and very unsanitary. We had mold growing behind the grill, and they wouldn’t mop the kitchen every night so I’m almost positive we were just walking around on top of mold and in disgusting kitchen juice. I worked upfront, and I was a very hard worker just for them to take advantage of that. The owners don’t care about their employees, I can’t say too much about Howdy because he was never really around, he didn’t really give me a hard time but Charles is one of the most selfish people I have ever worked for. In all honesty this was the worse job I ever had, Charles talked to me in a very disrespectful manner, there was one night I was closing and I was going to lock the doors like a minute or two earlier than I was suppose to, and he snatched the keys out of my hands! I can go on and on about how disgusting Charles treated his employees, as well as how poorly managed this restaurant was. The tips weren’t split fairly, we lost a lot of business from when I first started working there til the end of me working there. I guess people were starting to realize that the food was not good. Hopefully the new location is in better condition than before, still doesn’t change the fact that the owners treated us all so poorly. More emphasis on Charles because he really did a number on my mental health, but yeah save your money this place cost too much for something it’s...
Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jumpin Jax is a true local gem, offering a great mix of breakfast and lunch options, and their pizza is some of the best in town. The menu offers a diverse selection that caters to various tastes and preferences. From classic sandwiches to hearty salads, each dish is made with fresh ingredients, and you can taste the quality in every bite. And the ambience features a bangin' soundtrack (a mix of music from throughout the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s).
The portions are generous, leaving you feeling satisfied without being overly stuffed. The pizza here really shines - featuring a perfectly balanced crust and flavorful toppings. Do yourself a favor and try the JJQ Pizza (I prefer no Jalapeños, but that's cuz I can't handle the heat). The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit feel like a homecoming, and the reasonable prices only add to the charm. Jumpin Jax is a must-visit for those seeking a warm, welcoming spot with exceptional food that won't break the bank. I'm pretty sure they offer catering sorts of services too -...
Read moreI went to the downtown store expecting the same experience as the one by Wounded Warrior Building. Downtown was disappointing. The food was terrible... I went back to this store and was brought back to being a fan of jumpin jax. As soon as I walked in the lady smiled and greeted me and my friends. She recommended food based on what we were in the mood for. Same as the other few times I have been there. The lady with glasses was very charming and the personality i would want for my front if the house. Food was hot, delicious, fast. If you want to model any future stores I would suggest this one. They know what they are doing there. I love going to a restaurant and it was fast and accurately as ordered. Served with a smile. This is rare. You have a great menu. If this store is duplicated you have a gem. I have owned a restaurant before and feel like when I was failing I would want to know. That Belfort store is what your company should be doing...
