Starbucks — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is the second time I go around 7:30pm and staff if very rude and treating one as if they were doing you a favor, unfortunately 1 of the staff members a male one that is always rolling eyes was there last night second time I see him, first time he got mad at the cashier because she took our order and this time well I can assure he does NOT like working there, same attitude, cashier just stared at my daughter with this uncomfortable face and no greeting , absolutely no words came out of her mouth but here eyes were able to stare at my daughter, so she just left, meanwhile I was paying my target shopping when she brought it to my attention, I turned and looked and there she was smiling and talking to another customer. Why does Starbucks have such incompetent personnel? Do they not know their job requires customer service? Or is it because we are latinas? I mean they both looked more Latino...

The guy working here tonight at this target starbucks was very nice and made my no foam caramel macchiato to perfection. Perfect amount of extra caramel drizzle too. Thank you!!

If you only knew how often my simple drink is not made correctly (speaking of several locations, I travel for work). Especially in the foam department there are just too many lazy people that won't even pick up a spoon to hold back the foam, nor scoop off the 3 inches they dumped in the cup.

I truly hope you get recognition, you definitely made my night I truly don't get a perfect drink too often. Thanks again, keep up the good work. I hope others follow...

I ordered a strawberry Açaí refresher NO fruit fixtures and apple juice instead of Lemonade. My refresher was absolutely nasty with fruit fixtures. The guy who made my drink clearly had other things going on and he definitely put that negative energy into my refresher.
