Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This had to be one of the worst Little Caesars I have ever been in I don't even know what was going on in there it was say 830 9 o clock at night I went inside to get a hot and ready pizza and I seen that they had a new item so I decided to order two of them first took a really long time for someone to get my order and then they said it would be 10 minutes an i wld have the rest of my food while I waited 20 minutes and went back inside only to wait about 20 minutes before one person said anything to me at all there was a lady on the phone cussing and bitching about losing her phone somewhere in that restaurant there were two people standing in the back doing nothing absolutely nothing and one guy just walking back and forth from the front to the back but not acknowledging me or anyone else until finally the guy from the back walked up to the front and I asked him where my food was and he said that they had to make it from scratch because they were out of them and they would be ready in a few minutes so I went back outside and came back in about 10 15 minutes later and got told after waiting for another 10 minutes for someone to talk to me then they were out of them and they did not have them and then oh wait I think they're making them for you it's going to be another couple minutes I wanted to get a 2 liter an a 20 Oz drink because now I'm thirsty having eaten almost a whole pizza by now it literally took me another 10 minutes just to get someone to ring those up today when I asked about the other food I got told again that they were out of them and I said okay I had enough of this I just want a refund then if I'm not going to get my food and then the guy says oh wait I don't know how to do that I don't think we give refunds I said it's not that hard can you give me back the money that I gave you for a product that I didn't get never did that happen and I still never got my food again I was told by somebody else yes they were making them and then again no they were out I don't know what kind of games they were playing or what was going on there it was very strange that nobody knew what they were doing at all and there seemed to be no one in charge needless to say I was out $8 and almost an hour of my time or more just trying to get two of the same items those new Little stuffed bowl bread looking things just wanted two orders of them never got them never got my money back so disappointed in this Little Caesars so disappointed would not recommend going there at all unless you have money to throw away an time to waste. You get nothing except attitude ignored...

The most ridiculous experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Placed a drive thru order on 10/25 around 7:00pm, the person taking our order at the drive through had headphones on and seemed irritated to be there. Between each sentence would put their headphones back on, and have to take them off to listen to the rest of our order. They messed the order up, we waited 30 minutes for a woman to come out with only one pizza. When I mentioned that we had more to the order, she turned around and walked away as I was talking, and didn’t answer my questions. She came back out to give the admitted remake pizza to the car next to us, going back inside, again ignoring my questions about our order. About 5 minutes later a different woman came out with our pizza and breadsticks, but was missing the soda. I asked about it, she told me it wasn’t on the order. I told her I ordered the meal, and she as well, turned around and headed back inside. After a few minutes I went in and asked her about the soda. She printed the receipt showing the order was placed incorrect. Then before I could respond, called another customer up. I had to stand there while another customer complained of his order being messed up, which made another employee chuckle. I eventually was able to pay for the soda and leave. It wasn’t that the order was taken wrong, it was the treatment of the employees being so dismissive and rude that really gets to me. The quality of this place, which I’ve gone to for years, has really fell over the past few months. Last time I visit...

This place is HORRIBLE!! I ordered 3 pizzas through the drive thru and after 30 minutes of waiting had to go inside to figure out where my food was. It took another 8 minutes of the employees talking to eachother in the back and walking around laughing together before I finally had to call out to someone to get their attention. Then they try to give me 1 decent pizza... 1 wrong pizza... and 1 that had a pile of grease in the middle. Then when I complain the girl tells me that all she can do is remake it which would have me waiting another 15 minutes. So because I had a bunch of hungry kids at the house I went ahead and politely accepted the pizzas and decided to "fix" them at home. Before leaving I asked for the name of the GM and when he/she would be in and the girl starts smiling and tells me she'll call her right now. The most aggravating part of the whole experience is that while waiting in the drive-thru spot outside for the initial 30 minutes, the woman next to me warns me to watch out bc she was waiting over 35 minutes for her order and finally went inside to complain and was told that they couldn't find it and had forgotten. And what do you know, the same thing happens to me. If you want lil ceasars, go to the one on Wilson or the one on 103rd... this one is a joke!! It's being run by a bunch of kids that have no idea what customer service is and could care less about your time! By the time I walked out the entire lobby was full of people with one complaint or another... the entire business is just sad. DO...
