McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Well this mcdonalds is ran by uneducated people. Another reason they are probably giving me bad service is because some dumb black people faught the neighboring white town and the black people came back in a ambulance. Ps im black and from cabot. The workers here do not realize that this is the job they are having to work. It is true that the comment of what do you expect for mcdonalds prices is an excuse for bad service. We as people should get along. Maybe more inventions should come into effect for the small complaints. Maybe there should be a sauce dispenser that request a number from your reciept to adequately dispense the to go sauces. If a person is wanting more than the allotted amount of sauces they should tell the person that takes the order so that they are charged for the extra sauces. . I believe that would make the workers more prepared to work on orders at the pace to accommodate the flow of traffic whether it be a casual Friday or Christmas. As much money as mcdonalds makes they should be looking for any route to be considered a five out of five star resturant to compete in the fast food industry. People can drive to a atm at a bank instead of going inside for faster service so the drive thru at mcdonalds should have a sauce atm at the drive thru. OMG these ppl are SOOOOO rude and unsanitary! On one trip, I watched them hand my food out of the window to the vehicle in front of me...3 diff ppl within that vehicle stuck their hands down into this sack, removed fries, then handed the bag back to the employee after realizing it wasnt actually THEIR'S..next, when it was my turn, the employee SERIOUSLY ttirs to hand me that SAME BAG!!! I had to ask, "is that the bag that you originally gave to the car ahead of me?" The employee looked taken aback, and was going to lie right to my face, until she saw that I already knew the true answer, then she said "yeah..if you dont want it you gone hafta park ova there and someone will being it out to you later" On ANOTHER occasion, I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up...waited in the pickup spot for over 20mins!!!! I called inside multiple times and they said "oh, we cookin yo nuggets" and "yeah, we had to make some new fries" the last time I called the employee said "aaaaww, well, you can come thru da drivethru to get it cuz isss rainin ou'side now" NO LIE, THIS HAPPENED!!! Save your time and go somewhere else. This is one of the WORST locations I've EVER been to...the other TERRIBLE location that I've been to is the OTHER McDonalds in...

Overall experience: dreadful nightmare. Not the place to take my little lady to lunch in "girl's day out" We came into the restaurant to dine in. Received food in bags. No tray. I never ordered my food to go. Maybe they did not want me there?? We sat down to a sticky table and chair. Realized only half my daughter's Happy meal was in the box. Meanwhile I taste my fries, they are extra greasy, and I can tell they really need to change that fryer oil. Revolting. I once worked at a McDonald's and it should not have to be like this! Went back to the counter and the only cashier up front was away, assisting drive thru. I waited and waited and finally said excuse me? (I mean, who's working the front register?) I needed the rest of my daughter's Happy meal. She got the missing food finally and put it in a bag. Another bag! Why? I have the Happy meal right here at the counter! And we're eating here inside the restaurant! She just handed me the bag and went back to talking to another employee. I couldn't find ketchup after that, and it wasn't worth it to try to ask someone who obviously could care less about my daughter, OR her job. Hey McDonald's store manager, do you care?? At all??
