This is by far one of the worse McDonald's in Jacksonville Florida. Hell where do I start? They have got to have some of the most lost people (that's putting it nice) that work for them.
How hard is it to hear the order then press the damn picture (or written item) on the cash register (laptop) or whatever it is that they are looking at.
I was in the drive thru on Sunday and ordered a Number 2 Meal (Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal) with an extra Quarter Pounder.
If my memory serves me correctly ALL Quarter Pounder Meals are made fresh as you order them as of May 2018. Well that's what they decided to put on the damn QP Boxes that they are freshly made to order.
Not here or should I say not that day. That's what I get for not looking in the bag and checking the order before driving off. WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN.
Anyway, When I got home, which is clearly maybe a 3 minite drive away if that, I took 2 bites out of QP and they were barely warm, cheese hadn't even thought about trying to melt.
This is definitely not customer satisfaction. I emailed the Area Supervisor whose name was on the bottom of the receipt the same day and needless to say I haven't heard from him yet either and it's been over 24hrs.
There's a reason why I dont eat at FF places, but decided to this particular day.
Hell, I should have known better since they can't even get a simple coffee order correct. It's like you asked them to name their first child after you when you ask for fresh coffee instead of the bs coffee that has been sitting in the pot for hours.
I hate to say it but this isn't the only McDonald's that employees are rude, nasty attitude, young millennials that hate to work and act like you are doing them a favor by coming into the place of business.
They clearly need to give customer service training. Hate to see if they did an Undercover Boss episode in any of the local McDonald's. They all would be closed down...
Read moreWhile driving thru Orange Park last week, I went to the drive-thru to place my order. Once completed, I verified the items I ordered as indicated on the screen. I ordered two items from the "Dollar Menu". The total was $2.14.
There was two vehicles ahead of me and nobody behind me. However, when I reached the cashier, who was also the same person as I recognized her (Latina) accent, I gave her the exact change for $2.14. Yet, she said my total was $3.75. I reasoned with her that I verified my order on the screen when I ordered from the DM. She insisted that I am mistaken, and the fact that they no longer offer the DM. All items in the DM are now regular priced. Although, I clearly heard her voice over the speaker at the drive-thru verifying my total was $2.14, she was persistent that she never said that. She then yelled from the top of her lungs for the manager and ranted about what I just explained. I thought what I just witnessed: yelling, ranting was extremely unprofessional. The manager came and demanded that I need to pay an additional $1.61 if I want my food. Instead, I kindly asked for my money back ($2.14). During the process, the manager was scrutinizing the receipt. I calmly said that she owes me $2.14 to expedite the process. She then snarled at me, telling me that she can read. I was greatly dismayed by the unprofessionalism of these individuals. They clearly do not have any sense of what customer service is all about. For obvious reason, I went across the street to Burger King and had an enjoyable time ordering my meal.
Corporate HQ should really look into their management staff in this particular location. They just lost me as a customer. Next time I find myself at this particular area, without a doubt, Burger King will be...
