We used to really love Moe's, but the last several visits have been extremely disappointing. The place just seems to be going downhill. Sadly, we will not be back. Please be sure to check your order as the last 2 visits we did not receive all of our items. We had food delivered so had to wait on hold for over an hour while the team tried to get us a resolution. At the end of the call we were told they weren't able to do anything, but would have someone reach out to us to handle the refund. No one contacted us to refund the missing items. The second time the manager did email me and asked if I would be free to chat and discuss the issues as he wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. I replied I would be happy to chat and received no reply back. It was made very apparent that he didn't really care. Because both of those instances were a delivery issue we decided we would give in-store a try. Unfortunately, it was still just as bad. We ordered a meal kit and all of the containers were LESS THAN half full. When my husband asked why the containers had so little food the worker told him that's all he is allowed to put in. Many of the containers weren't even the regular size container, but a small half size. A kit that is advertised to feed 4-6 barely fed my two kids and we spent $45 on it. I had to pull out extra cheese, lettuce and make more meat just so my husband and I could also eat. When I went on their website it very clearly shows full size containers for all of the ingredients and all of the containers are full to the top. We both got Steak quesadillas which is our regular at other Moe's, the steak was overcooked and tough. They gave us chips and no salsa, also on the salsa bar there was no salsa at all because that was broken, when I asked about salsa in the back she says I'll have to wait till she's finished doing what she's doing for her to go check but she doesn't think that they have any made. You are giving people chips and other meals and have no salsa at southwestern eatery? When I requested instead a small cup of the pico de gallo, she said she would have to charge us $2.00 for each tiny cup. All that with an attitude like we did something wrong. Read moreWe've been twice and both times the food was barely warm. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine can't get any of the flavors right. The Coke Zero tastes like crap. The Coca-Cola tastes like crap. The Seagram's ginger ale tasted like club soda. The Hi-C (felt like it must be safe because it wasn't carbonated) also awful.
My wife tried to look on the bright side, but she had to admit it tasted nothing like coke. They reset the machine to no avail. It was like this 2 months ago when we went, so I figured they'd have it fixed by now. But nope. Tonight it was awful.
The grilled veggies had huge, undercooked chunks of green peppers and large pieces of onion skin mixed in.
My kids are chip obsessed and none of the three would eat them.
Makes me wonder why I would drop nearly fifty bucks on a meal we all struggled through. Dumped almost all of the chips into the trash.
