So we typically never have issues with this Papa John’s it’s always been great however today that changed. I placed a delivery order for two pizzas With using the Papa pairings, one cheese the other half salami half cheese and an order of the cheese bread also on the Papa pairings. Since we are doing delivery I left a tip for the delivery driver. Well when the pizzas were dropped off, one of them was wrong it had ham instead of salami. The person who wanted the salami does not like ham. I called to complain because obviously this wasn’t OK and I was told that when I spoke to the store manager that they would refund my order, because she wasn’t made aware that they were out of salami and that her employees were just using ham instead. I was like OK that works. I check back a while later just to check on my account and see if there was an additional $2.96 charge. A charge that I did not authorize or knew why it was there. So I called to complain again, and the lady who I spoke to I did not get her name was extremely rude, said that she did not see the $2.96 charge (see attached picture) And that it could’ve come from the Papa dough. Which is the reward program which you get points for x-amount of dollars you spend. Which doesn’t make any sense Because the Papa pairings anyways should’ve already been counted. And it was two dollars and Papa dough so why would it be a three dollar charge. So she told me I should just call customer service and talk to them which I gladly did. Upon calling customer service they were not sure why the charge was on there and they also could not see the charge. They then said I would only be getting the refund for the pizza that was messed up when I was told that I would be getting refunded for my order Originally. So now I’m waiting on a callback from Support which would call in The next 48 hours, and the refund that I was told at least for the pizza they messed up. Needless to say when you order from here watch your account.

Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! IT IS AWFUL & CUSTOMER SERVICE IT BY FAR THE WORST IN HISTORY. I was visiting due to the Ga vs Fl game and we ordered 2 large pizzas at 9:12pm. We didn't get but 1 pizza around 10:52pm. I had been calling the whole time but was put on hold, So I decided to drive to the location to find out why I did not get my correct order delivered, which was 2 large pizzas, how hard could that be??? After asking where was my food no one seem to care to help me. So I asked for management and he remade my pizzas since I paid $34 for pizzas I couldn't eat them. The new problem now is the remade pizzas couldn't be eaten because the new order has no sauce on it and the crust was flat. I called back to the store and the manager Jason had the worst customer service skills and got smart with me and in so many words called me a liar about the pizza not having sauce. At the end of the phone conversation I still did not get a refund nor pizzas that could be eaten. I asked for Corp # and of course he said he would have to go find it in the office and the store closes in 30 minutes so I need to start cleaning up. Read moreI started to make this a carryout order but I was so tired after leaving the office so I got home and decided to order delivery. Big mistake! First of all, it's not fair to charge all this money for the food and delivery only to rip off people. I did a small customized pizza and I ordered spinach but the five pieces I saw on the pizza was dry like dried parsley flakes. The fact that the order number or store number were not on the box, was a sign that this wouldn't be good. The crust was not original, it was thin and that is not what the online description showed. The last complaint is that you don't know that DoorDash is delivering your food until after you have paid and they send the confirmation letting you know that they will be delivering the order. Papa John's website does not let you fill out a complaint about the food or service and there is no information on the box to tell you where the order was delivered from. I'm done!
