Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

should have read the reviews before I shopped..... I called to place the order initially and the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer. After I placed my order online I went to pick up the order and there was only 1 person in the entire restaurant working (with a line of 6 customers at the time). I get to pay for my order and asked the cashier if the store did military discounts (I thought it was a simple question) but she couldn't answer it because she has only been at the job for 2 days (this was her second day) and she was left alone. Also she did not open my boxes to see if I was satisfied with the order and when I opened it one pizza looked fine and the other looked as if my 9 year old made it without supervision (not what you expect from an international restaurant chain). I would have asked for it to be replaced but there was no supervisor and it would have been the same product because (again) she was in the store by herself. Additionally she was the one handling the money and creating the pizza with no gloves and with the frequency of her running back and forth I didn't see her clean her hands (but I hope they were clean). Ultimately I don't believe that people should spend their hard earned money on a product that looks like it came from a mom and pop store. If the management doesn't care about how the store is ran then I don't believe that people should care about spending their hard earned money...

At 5 p.m. I called to order and was on hold for 23 min and they never came back to me. I drove up to the shop and after waiting for 3 people ahead of me was told they were out of personal pan pizza. It was $2 personal pan pizza day. They had plenty of pizza dough and toppings because they offered to make any other pizza for me. When I mentioned the personal pan pizza I was told oh man sorry, we are out of those. They could have told me that on the phone. It is a walk carry out shop. It looked reasonably clean. I did not order a larger pizza because Papa John's across the street had a sale on larger pizza. I did not want to pay more for a larger pizza I wanted two personal pan pizzas but I paid less for the larger pizza at Papa John's. Pizza Hut how could you run out and not be able to make more? Maybe you order in pre-packaged pizza doe for specific size pizzas... Smh disappointed more by the poor handling of running out. Dumfounded at the phone hold time. Papa Johns has live people and it takes like two min to order. Please help me want to...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I live exactly 1.6 miles away from these people and every single time I call they say that can’t deliver to my house. But then after being thrown on hold multiple times and constantly talking to management they finally realize after an hour that they made a mistake and can deliver to me but tonight was my last straw. I had the same issues but on top of that I hung up on them and called the number that they kept telling me to call that was supposed to be for my area and they then told me that they couldn’t deliver to me either. At this point I am done. There customer service was terrible and kept telling me I was wrong multiple times. I will never order from them again and they just lost a great paying customer. On the other hand Marcos pizza is having a deal for two pizzas for 18 dollars and actually delivers...
