I had an amazing experience at Christoff Jewelers. I had looked at many different Jewelry stores in both the Jacksonville area and England and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for to match my low-setting engagement ring. I had found a few "options" all above my budget and none that I felt "this is it". Then I found Christoff Jewelers, and though it looked smaller they had a great selection of hand picked pieces that were absolutely stunning. It was there that I found my perfect wedding band to match my low-setting perfectly. It was even better that It was 1/2 the price of the other "options". Janie delivered excellent customer service through the entire process. On my first visit they even cleaned my engagement ring, purchased elsewhere. The band I found in store was white gold but I needed it in yellow gold to match my engagement ring. She promptly made a phone call and was able to get the ring in yellow gold delivered to the store in just a few days. Even though the price had gone up since she purchased the ring, she still sold it to me at the price of the original one I saw. It was then sized and ready to pick up within a few days. Their on-site appraiser even gave me an appraisal at no additional cost. You will not be disappointed in the quality or service you receive from Christoff Jewelers and I highly recommend them...

I can not rave about Christoff's enough. I was in a tight spot after purchasing my husband a smart watch. I knew the band wouldn't be long enough but I underestimated how difficult it would be to find a large watch band for a smart watch. After weeks of looking on Amazon, Google, and several stores around Jacksonville I was beginning to lose hope.

That is when I went to Christoff's looking to see if they could help me. Judy immediately started to assist me looking for a watch band. She even took her time and drove to a near by store to measure the watch to make sure I was going to get the right sized band to fit the watch. After confirming the size I needed to look for, she provided a few more places that might be able to sell me a band that would be long enough. Eventually I ended up buy a whole new watch just to get the band.

I took both the smart watch and the extra watch back to Judy and she took the time to replace the bands for me to make sure they were compatible, and they were. I can not tell you the relief that came over me. I insisted on paying for her time and she refused. The store is clean and the staff are professional, however I am not happy with the service. I took in some rubies and gold over a month ago and still have not received my jewelry. I called today and was told there was a problem with the rubies and they were only able to set one of the rubies in an earring. One earring is of no use to me. I believe I should have been notified before my gold was melted down and the one rubie was set. The owners claim they made a phone call and I did not return their call, after asking what number was called they called the wrong number (they transposed the number) and made no other attempts to contact me. They had 2 contact numbers and have contacted me in the past for other work they did. I believe they can repair jewelry adequately but will not trust them with custom work, I have several other stones I was wanting to have set but after this experience I have lost confidence in their knowledge and skills.

I finally received my jewelry and it turned out well, however it has not changed my opinion for future orders of custom jewelry. Bottom line, my experience is the sale is more important than...
