Oakleaf Town Center — Attraction in Jacksonville

The Oakleaf Town Center is perfectly located in the southwest side of Jacksonville FL. It is a very nice, new, and family oriented environment. There is also Rivercity Marketplace 20 minutes to the north and The Avenues Mall and Town Center 20 minutes to the East. This center has the potential to bring in some more high dollar franchise stores, and continually increase the home value of many near by new home developments. There are 4 major banking establishments within a 1/8 of a mile from The Oakleaf Center. For me the best place to frequent is Brewsters Original real ice cream shop. Man oh man does this place bring in the fun and delicious atmosphere for all, no matter what your age. When't to McDonald's for breakfast, a rare occurrence, before a small project with a friend. Interacted with three employees. One cleaning the lot singing a song in some language I didn't understand, but with a big smile he greeted everyone and seemed pleasantly happy . Food was ok and service spotty but it was ok for Sunday morning. It was McDonald's. Oakleaf is fairly complicated if you've never been there . I've only been a few times , remembering it as woods , since it was built . Confusing for sure . But once you get the layout in mind it makes sense a bit more and easier to get around . Bigger signs might help . But it's a charming place for a mix of people. Bikes , Walker and car people . So many places jammed into a relativity small area...

I was there this morning, I asked for help and after waiting for several minutes a young man came to help. He then went to see if what I wanted was in stock. He never came back, I went to the counter, and he would not even look at me. I started looking for what I needed, I went back to the counter and even spoke to him and he just carried on helping other people. Finally after about 15 minutes I left and went to another store. I own and operate my own business , and unfortunately this store is closest to me. Every time I go in to get things for my office, service is very bad and the staff is uninterested in helping the shopper. I will drive the extra 5 miles to Blanding to get...
