Hopefully the staff and owner or manager actually read reviews. We have been coming for many years, we love coming through the drive thru on weekends. The service has never been great, but the food was good and the price was good. Recently the service has gotten so bad. We won’t be returning. Probably the last 10 times we have come, we have waited AT MINIMUM 25 minutes for our food (breakfast burrito and eggle sandwich) but we usually end up waiting 30-40 mins even when we started calling ahead. They also changed the drive thru menu to no longer offer eggle sandwiches and raised prices. I get it that places are short staffed, but they have been prioritizing dine in customers instead of first in line orders and this has been going on for a long time. I decided to finally write a review and stop coming because today, we called ahead to order our food, and were told it would be 15 mins. We showed up 10 mins later and expected to wait 5-10 mins. We waited 20 additional minutes after they said they would bring it out to our car. I finally walked in to get our food and it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. No one bothered to bring it out or let us know. It’s just not worth the drive or time anymore. They are very unapologetic and just don’t care. I have also been over charged a few times. I also wish their “points” /star rewards system gave a star for each item ordered like other coffee places, instead of per transaction. I had come from a doctors visit and had fasted. Meeting a friend for lunch, but wanted a cold beverage and some caffeine for my drive out to Williams.
Your crew completely screwing my order up twice was bad enough, but when I had to park and bring someone elses order back in and ask for a refund your crew had excuses and then was passive aggressive in wishing me a better day.
There were 4 people working back there. I've worked food service. You need better systems or communication classes or something.
I used to come in when I lived in the area. Today I came in as a traveler. I will steer all my road warrior traveling friends to Dutch Bros in Medford or the coffee shop in Ruch now.
An apology without anything backing it is just empty words. No efforts to make it right. Just blaming being busy and your crew treating me like I was the problem is why I will steer folks away from this shop. We all make mistakes. I ordered the Chinese Chicken salad. Waited. Was Informed they were “out”, then I ordered another item. Then at the last minute was told yes they could make the original order. So OK but then I got the salad………oil dressing (and not the usual one) poorly put together and did not resemble that usual salad in any way. . Just awful. Not wanting to make a fuss I put up with it. I wanted to complain then but decided to wait and call the manager. I got Alexis the asst manager who talked over me and told me I had waited too long ( 11/2 days)to let her know. She accused me of being rude because I asked for a refund. She whined that their servers were minimum wage so what did I expect? I asked her to have the real manager call me but “O he’s on vacation”.
