Wow!!! Juuuuust wowwwww! We stopped by here on the way home and just wanted simply a bacon double cheeseburger and an awesome shake!
Did you know that its next to impossible to get bacon on the bacon double cheeseburger you order at this location? It arrives with no bacon. My boyfriend calls the server, they take the burger back (just needs bacon right?)
20 mins later, still no burger. My boyfriend calls again and a girl replies that shes sorry and theyll put the order on now. 10 more mins...no burger.
I march inside (because this will go more peaceful than my bf going in there) and every single person turns and looks at me yet not one person asks me what I needed. Theres a man that I deemed the manager on a face time call who keeps talking , cooking and looking at me. I keep standing there looking at him, politely waiting for him to end his personal non emergency phone call. After a few more minutes my polite face morphs into an "are you seriously kidding me right now" face. All other employees are still looking at me as well without saying a word.( I know Im stunning but take a picture people! Jk ) The manager now acknowledges my presence and my "I will KUUTT you" glare (while still on that call might I add) and asks me if Im still waiting on that bacon cheeseburger. Oh If I could use some gifs to express myself..right now!! Those were fighting words.
So you know WHY Im there and who I am but didnt say a word. Very professional. I said yes. Im still waiting on my bacon cheeseburger. I been waiting on my burger for over 20 mins now. I would like my burger and that meal taken off my bill for my inconvenience. He replies Oh you want it for free? I said YEA I want it for free!! He doesnt say anything more and wont look at me.
This girl walks over to register and starts typing. I stand there another min or 2 without knowing for sure what was going on and this girl walks up. Hands me a bag and 2 receipts and says here ya go. And goes to walk away. I said here i go what? Am i getting a refund? Does it go back on my card? Am i getting a check in the mail? What? She said yes here it came off your check and it will show in your account in the next 3 days. Of course she comped off the wrong and cheaper meal. You cant even make my food right Idk why I thought that part would go well.
I get back to the car and guess what? NO BACON AGAIN ON THE REPLACEMENT BURGER! Bf's turn. He storms in there and goes off. Im waiting in car and manager follows him back to the car for the receipt STILL ON THAT PHONE CALL!
We leave. We gave up on the burger. I called corporate and launched a complaint on the store and the cleanliness of the store because it had that dirty restaurant smell to it. Maybe it was a blessing we didnt get that burger.
We never received a refund or a call back from anyone at corporate and its been 3 weeks. Worst experience at a restaurant EVER and we will never go to that...

After downloading the app and making my purchase, the young lady came on the speaker to take my order. I informed her that I had ordered through the app. She then hung up without saying anything. A young lady came out to inform me that there were no more Rt 44 sized cups, which was what I ordered and would I like a large. I said yes and that I should be refunded the difference. She said she would ask the manager. The manager then came out to tell me that a refund would take 5-7 business days or she could give me the āchangeā. I opted for the āchangeā. She went in again. She returned and told me āYou ONLY paid HALF PRICEā. I just looked at her. I am not sure how her store not having advertised supplies means that I should just incur the experience expense after a lesser item is offered. She returned with $0.31 which she rudely dropped in my hand and handed me my paid items. Iāve had multiple issues with this location which is why I am now deciding to mention it. They are extremely slow to respond and rarely get orders correct. Iāve actually left on a few occasions because they never answered the stall. They are often out of items too but this is the first time Iāve experienced blatant rudeness. I am respectable and an always courteous to service individuals but this incident disturbed me. I wouldnāt have minded waiting the 5-7 business days to receive a refund of the difference. It is unacceptable to assume that a customer should pay for an item they did not receive, no matter the difference of price. I would like to hear some feedback about this...

Get home and the chicken is cold, and hard, as if it had been left behind by a previous customer. Coke did not have any Coke in it, just seltzer and cherry syrup. Tots were cold and brutally dry as if they were freezer burnt and then left under an only partially functional heat lamp. I am giving a 3-Star Review instead of a 1-Star Review because of the customer service I received from the new manager, Deena.
Deena accepted my call-in complaint. She promised the meal would be remade the next time I came in and refunded my purchase. She checked the hopper for the Coke herself and confirmed that it was in fact empty and apologized several times. I appreciate this kind of responsiveness immensely as a consumer.
Yesterday, I returned to the same Sonic with my receipt. My meal was, as promised, remade fresh and at no cost. The tater tots still seemed like they came from a bag that is freezer burnt and so they were dry, at least this time they were warm. My bacon cheeseburger was supposed to be No Lettuce, no Tomato. Yeah, still had both. Its okay. French fries were good this time; still hot and decent. The Coke however, was once again either low or empty on the hopper... I get that its a busy location, and the weekend makes it worse, but... come on... I will sadly not be returning. Thank you for your efforts Ms. Deena, they are...
