Always awesome staff and high energy. It's a Starbucks, you're gonna wait for your drink but it's gonna be the best drink, and exactly what you want or they will fix it, ALWAYS! For whatever reason it's not "exactly" what you wanted, they replace it. Seriously, what other company or business entity is like, "Oh did we mess that up? No worries, here's another." No one does that. In ever single company, business, or sale/exchange experience, the highest priority goal is profitability. Most companies are fine with a single sale and disappointment walking out the door never to return with more moneys. Most companies would likely defend passive aggressively, claim they didn't mess up or at least hassle the customer a bit. I don't think that's true of Starbucks at all, they want you to come back with that tumbler you bought. They're loyal to their customers. They anticipate what people want and constantly have promotions to give the customer maximum value for their money. This is really just based on my experience at this location. It's like the staff is trying to connect and make it a more personal experience but having to push soooo much traffic through the store. There's a cafe inside and a drive thru, that's like two store smashed together if you think about it. People inside are so distracted with their phones and life in general, they don't always recognize the effort the staff put into their visit/service. I've been in much less busy stores and been ignored for 5 minutes or more, in plain view, how does that make sense? In my experience, in this store, they are always busy and the staff do everything they can to keep up with and achieve top performance. Great example, more than a dozen times I've heard a barista call some person's name 6 or 7 times. 30 seconds later an individual walks up and forcefully inquires, "where's my drink!", barista asks the customer's name and customer served, problem solved. The issue therein is, the customer never acknowledged the barista just being there for their demands as they made them. So they don't know that while that barista is making 20 something other drinks, that same barista has been calling out an iced venti white moca for Carl, got ignored and now is responding to guess who, Carl, about location of said drink. Shame on you Carl, for shame. Generally the customer does know that the barista is busy making drinks for both sides of the store, they have to at least see that while asking about their drink. I hope at least some people recognize how hard these crew members work to bring us the caffeination of our...
Read moreI want to start off by saying I never write reviews, so you know if I write one it has to be bad. I pulled into the Starbucks drive through line and ordered a Venti Green Tea Lemonade with three pumps of cane sugar. I then waiting in line for 13 minutes until I made it to the window. Carlos, the drive through attendant, did not acknowledge me when I got to the window. He finally looked over and held out the scanner to scan my phone without saying a word. Then he looked at the screen and said "Yeahhhh, we are out of green tea right now." I told him about how long I just waited in line and he said he was going to double check. He then informed me that they were brewing some. I asked to speak with a manager, she came over, and said it would be ready soon. Then she gave me a $4 off my next purchase card. A few more minutes later Carlos came back over with my drink. I realized that money came off my card when he scanned it in the beginning before he informed me they were out of green tea. I made sure he voided it. I got my drink and left after being in line for 20 minutes. The best part....they messed up my order they gave me all Green Tea and NO Lemonade! WORST Starbucks experience of my life! Please get new management who actually teach there employee how to care for costumers properly, make correct drinks, and complete orders in a...
