My husband and I stopped in last night to grab some dinner. This is our first time at this establishment. There is plenty of parking, the dining areas are clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially the sushi chef. The inside feels like a fast food environment and the food comes out quick but that's not to say the food is lacking flavor. I had the shoyu char siu---the eggs were perfectly marinated and the char siu was full of flavor and extremely moist, however, the lean pork was a tad dry and the broth was not as rich as other shoyu ramen broths I've had. I feel this dish would be phenomenal with a single bundle of sauteed seafood mushrooms wrapped in bacon. My husband ordered the miso tonkatsu and said it was delicious as is. The smoked shitake mushroom was interesting and surprisingly good, the fried pork was on point, and the tender bamboo shoots made this dish even better. The broth was not too thick or thin and had a mild miso flavor. We highly recommend trying the sushi tacos. We ordered salmon, yellowtail, and tuna tacos. Let the tacos sit for a few minutes for the fried wonton shells to absorb the flavorful sauces; the shells are also less crumbly this way. The pork gyoza was good. There were one or two that were a bit overcooked on the bottom but it didn't change the taste. I was not crazy about the sweet chili sauce that came with it and was expecting gyoza sauce that is traditionally served with this dish. The overall experience was good and we look forward to coming back and trying out other menu items. Thank you Leo for opening a restaurant that serves both ramen and pho---we are both ramen and pho enthusiasts and have been looking for a place that serves both soups under one roof. Next time, we're ordering the Lejeune combo and the spicy beef...
Read moreKey points Food was delicious. This was my first time here and service was awful due to the one individual lacking professionalism. The two girls at the counter were respectful, polite and eager to serve.
Here’s my full review.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision and hopefully provide constructive feedback to the business. I visited this poke restaurant with my family shortly after attending church, hoping for a peaceful meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from that.
From the moment we walked in, the lead staff member was visibly agitated—raising his voice at other employees and displaying aggressive body language. When it was my turn to order, I felt rushed and dismissed, as if my presence was an inconvenience. His demeanor wasn’t just unprofessional—it was confrontational. At one point, I genuinely felt like the situation could escalate physically, and I had to make a conscious effort to remain calm, especially in front of my family.
I understand that everyone has tough days, and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But as a customer, I shouldn’t have to manage someone else’s emotions to avoid a confrontation. The way this individual carried himself created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, not only for me but likely for his team as well.
Professionalism matters—especially in customer-facing roles. I hope management addresses this issue and provides the necessary training or support so no other guest feels as I did.

Lejeune Poke Ramen Noodle House is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore something new, especially if you’re used to only being exposed to American foods. This place offers a great opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and try fresh, flavorful dishes—just don’t expect the overly salty, Americanized flavors you might be accustomed to. The menu has a wide variety of options, from hibachi and sushi to ramen and pho, so there’s something for everyone.
The location is super convenient, particularly for military families and active-duty personnel heading to Lejeune. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and trendy, with a self-serve kiosk for dine-in or to-go orders and friendly staff ready to help. They even have TikTok-famous ice creams and drinks, which add a fun twist to the experience.
One thing to note is that the kids' options are somewhat limited, but if your child enjoys rice, the hibachi is a solid choice. Prices are reasonable, with meals averaging around $12-$15, making it an affordable yet satisfying dining option.
I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and still received exceptional service, which was much appreciated. While the food didn’t completely blow me away, it was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, Lejeune Poke Ramen Noodle House is a great place to try something new, enjoy a trendy vibe, and satisfy your cravings. I’ll...
