Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Burnt trash. Went there after my last cancer treatment to reward myself and first of all there was no breakfast menu on the board, once the worker told me they had quesadillas available, I asked for a chicken quesadilla since she wasn’t specific on what kind of quesadilla. She said they don’t serve lunch for breakfast. I asked what did they have for breakfast, once I finally got thru the long conversation of what could have been avoided due to the menu not being on the board, I get no sauce, nor asked if I wanted any, and this burnt trash. One piece doesn’t even have sausage on it. So thanks Taco Bell, for a wasted $3.95 and for time I can’t get back. I went home and made a much better quesadilla with real sausage, egg and cheese on a low carb tortilla…you literally can’t buy any good fast food now days. Please stop asking for $15 an hour when your food and service turn out like this. Oh and I have no receipt to make a complaint to the store, but according to the other reviews the manager is trash too so that would have been pointless. Never...

Honestly, a really bad experience. I hope it's just a one time issue and others don't have the experience I did but it was bad. First the forgot some of my food, which is annoying as I had already drove off but I should've checked prior to leaving so that's that. I go back in, wait 5 minutes to talk to anyone, and tell them I was missing food and got some confused looks. When I got the food, I go back to my car and it was relatively old food, the cheese was molten and I loved that, but the nacho fries tasted like they were sitting around for some time. Then my 5 layer burritos, both of the tortillas were stale, like biting into paper. One of the burritos had a splash of refried beans splatter and pressed onto the side of it which was weird. And then my XXL burrito, also a stale tortilla, had little, to no, chicken in it.

Overall, it was just a rough experience. I hope no one else has these issues here. Not sure if I'm willing...

So I ordered the $5 box and my taco looked like this so I called the restaurant and the manager named Tatiana was very rude and nasty on the phone. So I went back up there I asked to speak to the manager when I pulled up. Tatiana never came to the window. The other coworkers where at the window and told me I that my shell just looked old like it was setting for 15 minutes or more. I asked to speak to the manager again because she was in the back yelling and tell the coworkers I wasn’t getting a refund. Then I called my daughter to see where the receipt was, the coworker told me my daughter had to bring the receipt in because she bought the food. I ask for the manager again and she never came to the window. This was the worst service I have ever had.I don’t know if it’s the fact that they kept my nasty taco or that the manager never came to the window and was in the back...
