2 Stars only because of the location and how convenient it is and atmosphere was nice. With the amount of workers they had making drinks, they should’ve been coming out at a decent pace. I get that it was their soft opening and have room for improvement but it was pretty bad. People were getting their drinks before me. Drinks were coming out one at a time and not together. Ordered a Thai Tea with boba and the Thai tea had too much milk. Maybe it was just me, but I would rather just get a Thai Tea from Hibachi in the food court on Lejeune. Tastes way better. Boba was chewy and texture was good but plain, very plain. Didn’t even taste like brown sugar. The pastries they offered looked the same but were labeled differently. I got one apple filling one and one custard one, both were apple filled. Got a bacon and egg one and it was just soggy. Wife ordered an oreo cheesecake slice and said it was good but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Ordered the combination sandwich, B1, and i was eating more bread than the meat. They stated it was fresh and it looked like they made their bread in house, but mine was definitely sitting out for a while; it wasn’t soft or fresh at all. Yes the taste was there, but you’re better off going to any of the Pho restaurants to get something more appetizing. Went back the next day to get a regular milk tea with coffee jelly. It was good but nothing compared to Get Craftea. I’d go to Get Craftea for boba drinks over here any day. They should definitely look into using the machine to put the plastic lid over their cups. I personally like to shake my drink before I drink it but their lids were nice though. Will I try again? Yes because I love boba and want to try their other drinks and give them another chance. Hopefully they get their drive thru working some time soon as well. Photos attached on my review is a picture...

This building has been a change of restaurants over the years, it is one of those locations that can't quite hold a steady business. It took a minute to figure out where the entrance was while finding a parking spot on a rainy day, but once entering I was excited to see the variety of baked goods to choose from; to enjoy then or to take home for later as they were pre-packaged. Lunch was a grilled pork burger and a grilled pork on baguette along with a Korean corn dog. My burger was good, bun was soft and veggies were fresh and crisp and the pork had a unique flavor. Same feedback for the other sandwich. The Korean corn dog (half and half with ramen) had a good review from my 10yr old. Moving on to the drinks... I very much wanted to enjoy my paradise fruit tea but it was outrageously sweet. The other review on the Vietnamese milk coffee was the same, way too sweet. Lastly a red velvet cupcake, super sweet. My child gives this place a 9 out of 10. Myself and the other adult with me give it more of a 5. I wanted to like this spot a lot more being they have something different to offer and have a drive thru (which is inherited w/the building) but what I'm finding is they use way too much sweetener in all of their items (all that I tried). I'm not even sure it is real sugar but maybe a substitute like sweet n low. I could be wrong but as my sugar rush has now worn off I don't think I can appreciate this menu selection as much as I would have liked to. The drive thru was steady and the inside was clean, nice staff. Leaky roof collecting rain water in a garbage can next to our table.. but for fast food in Jacksonville and trying something different I'd say it's OK. I do not have much to compare this to based on Vietnamese food/drink but for me it's too sweet all...

The food selection was great. The restaurant had a slight unclean smell walking in and the floors were soooo sticky. Please clean up. The milk teas, sandwiches were delicious but the macarons not as fresh. As if they sat out enough to mix with the odd smell coming in. Will give this restaurant a few more tries.

**Decided to give this restaurant another try today to learn the smell was less noticeable, but I had enough negative experience with the food I ordered today to decide I'm not coming back. It is a shame cause there's a variety to choose from, but the quality was very very poor. I could still taste the smell of the store in the food. The bubble tea upset my stomach a bit this time. The boba was all stuck together at the end as if not mixed/separated. My corndog had a hair attached to it so I decided just to eat the hotdog part which was super greasy (way more than the last corndog I ate from previous visit). After my stomach settled, towards the end of the day I had heated one of their sandwiches that I had also bought. I told myself it I had any issue with this one, I was done. Sure enough I could still taste the smell of the restaurant in the food, so I tossed the whole thing. It's not an herb, spice or sauce. It's like a unclean after taste, hard to explain. You initially taste the great spices, and then towards the end something is off. The floors were still sticky as if they aren't cleaning the mop, or rinsing well. It's unfortunate cause this place has potential. I hope they can get their act together. I'll give it a few months before I try again, but this time I'll just determine if I'm buying anything if I still smell "it," or my shoes stick...

Place seems clean and neat. Bunch of pastries on tables and expensive cakes. Pastries and coo kids weren’t that fresh tasting and not the best. Didn’t try the cakes or cheesecakes. The wings weren’t crispy and didn’t have enough lemon pepper seasoning. Somewhat friendly staff.
