My children were sent to pick up a meal using our 2 footlongs for 11.99 coupon being that I was ill. When they returned with our sandwiches, they were made poorly with barely anything on it. They stated that the two employees were also rude and upset with each other. In addition to that, no receipt was given. I tried calling three times. There was no answer, so I decided to visit the store. The store had a line. I witnessed the two employees ( one of which I learned name was Michelle), being rude, extremely slow and were asked several times to add more to the customer's sandwiches. I waited 15 minutes in line. I asked for the manager and was directed to Michelle. When I proceeded, I witnessed her attempting to throw the previous customer's receipt in the trash. He had to ask her for it. I stood at the counter. She in turn proceeded to make a sandwich without acknowledging me so I informed her that I did not have a sandwich and needed her help. I informed her that my children visited the store and was not given a receipt. I offered my card so that she may look it up. She put one finger up and stated that it could not be looked up that way. She asked what they had. I proceeded to tell her and when I got to the toppings she pointed to the other worker and said that was his side and then pointed to where she was standing and said that was her side. I told her that I don't know who has what side but just wanted my receipt. I informed her that I was trying to make it easier for her. She attempted to look for it in the computer but was unsuccessful. When I saw that the line was getting long, I offered to sit and wait until she got the line down. I waited for another 15 minutes before I decided to leave and contact corporate. By far this was the worst customer service from a Subway location thus far. I will never visit this location again. I hope that this complaint will help in assisting with better customer service in the future. It is in a great location and tons of military families visit this store. The very least that could be given is speedy service...
Read moreMy husband ordered online. When he got home from picking up the order, every sub was wrong. We went back to have them correct the issue and there was a young kid, Paul, who was extremely rude. He was on FaceTime when my husband picked up the order and still on it when we both returned. He was talking while making a new online order and you could see the spit exiting his mouth and landing on the sandwich as he spoke. It was so disgusting. He also continued to touch his phone while wearing the gloves, which makes the gloves pointless. Now every disgusting place he had placed his phone would be carried over to the sandwich. I had enough and voiced my opinion on his unsanitary practices while making a sandwich for someone as well as advising him that he'd probably not have a problem getting the sandwiches correct if he wasn't preoccupied with FaceTiming some girl, besides the fact that it is rude and unprofessional. He got irate and started yelling profanities at me. I then returned the favor. At that point he threatened to "beat my a$$" and came around to the employee entrance door. I met him there with my camera still recording and he ran back inside and continued to verbally threaten me from behind the counter. I feel bad for the other guy working there. He was very polite and doing his best to hold down the restaurant with such a maggot of a coworker to deal with. I contacted corporate subway to let them know about the incident and advised I have the entire interaction recorded, however they still have not responded. I will be reporting this to the health inspector next. Paul needs to be fired. He is not fit to work with customers at any place of business, but especially at a place where he can do this to people's food. And all it will take is for him to mouth off to the wrong person on the wrong day and they will not have the same restraint as I did. We get way better service...
Read moreIf you’re out of something, just say that. I would’ve ordered something different instead of these people destroying my sandwich.
I got a 6 inch chicken teriyaki on multigrain bread, when the second person pulled it out of the toaster, I realized the first person absolutely DROWNED the sandwich in sweet onion sauce that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t going to ask for. I asked them to scrap it off but the damage had already been done. When I mentioned that was a lot of sauce, the person who put all the sauce on it scoffed, rolled their eyes and went into the back of store. We didn’t see them again while we were there. By the time we got home, not even a 5 minute drive, the sauce leaked through the two layers of wrapping around the sandwich and the bag. The bread was so soggy the sandwich, despite being toasted, completely just fell apart and the bread was inedible. I tried to eat just the fillings from the sandwich with a fork and all I could taste was the sauce as everything was still swimming in it. I couldn’t help but notice that they didn’t give me the teriyaki chicken in this process, it was just bland grilled chicken which I’m going to assume is why they decided to put sweet onion sauce on it instead. If they would’ve just said they were out of the teriyaki chicken, I would’ve ordered something else that I actually could’ve eaten or even if they would’ve asked if the sauce was okay as a substitute, I would’ve told them very light sauce.
Also, the bathroom was disgusting. The walls, the back of the door and the floor were just covered in old, smeared dirt and water drops and there was dried blood on the floor in front of the sink.
I wish we would’ve read the reviews before coming here because this doesn’t seem like a one time off day for this location. There are plenty of other subways in the area, this one probably just needs to...
