I have only got the Brown Sugar Bubble Matcha Tea (2 times now) and HIGHLY recommend. It’s made with a Matcha milk tea (like a slightly less milky latte) served standard with brown sugar tapioca based boba pearls, and the cup lines with brown sugar syrup. A AMAZING combination. This time I got the “milk foam” which (I would have got the first time but didn’t know) that is their version of “cheez foam”. So delicious! Large (approx 24oz) + 1.00, milk/cheez foam + $1.00 ($8.08 after tax for a large with foam My favorite boba tea place is Tide Sugar Boba over on Southside Blvd, however, I don’t live over there and have been searching for a comparable place nearby in th Westside. This is it! Tbaar & Tide Sugar have the same ordering system (digital ordering kiosk) & accepts Apple Pay. The drink recipe options are so similar that the only difference is the theme of the stores Tbaar indoors is smaller and bland ambiance, where Tide Sugar has a galaxy theme inside and is a larger place; I’d be shocked if they weren’t owned by same individual. The brown sugar syrup that is used to line the cup is amazing but sweet (as expected). You can customize the sweetness of the tea, 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%. If you get one with the brown sugar syrup, I recommend going with 50% sugar (in photo). I got 50% the first time & 25% this last time and in reality it was just fine at 25% for me. If you don’t like super sugary, I recommend starting at 50% then go up or down from there. I had been getting Matcha Frappuccino from Starbucks to satisfy my matcha cravings but now that I have found this place, Sayonara Starbucks! HELLO TBAAR!!

Boba tea + healthy smoothie & drink spot all in one!!! Loved this combo! I was out this way over the weekend to visit the At Home store in OP. This boba shop was 10-15 mins away so I decided to give it a try. I love how much detail they put into the design of this shop. They have lil Asian snacks for purchase to try at the counter as well. I was eye balling some Ube cake but thought I didn't need to order more sugar, so I refrained from purchasing. (Still thinking about the cake) My Thai tea I was able to reduce the sugar by 25% so that was very nice! I also tried their brown sugar milk tea my partner in crime ordered, that was also good too! Another menu item that caught my eye, a pretty dragonfruit smoothie. I actually did try to order this one from their kiosk (to go) after my Thai tea but the only option is to order a large, and it was a few dollars more than most all other drinks. Since this would have been my second drink, I wanted to order a medium sized beverage verses another large beverage. I did order their medium pina colada smoothie instead (not pictured) to try. You can't alter the sweetness when ordering from the kiosk, but ordering in person at the counter, you can. I did love all of the drinks I tried here and the staff was very friendly! I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the boba but the consistency was good. I would come back to this shop and happily order more random drinks to try when out this way again. This shop is in a Publix strip mall so it is easy to find.

They recently changed the style of their cups but the variety of their teas are great. In the first picture is the new cups which are similar to Tutem’s. I love the brown sugar bubble tea. It’s sweet and super delicious because it’s so different from other drinks. The coconut milk tea is good as well but it’s a little bit expensive for what it is. I think it’s just coconut milk poured and boba. It was still good regardless but it is super sweet and simplistic. The roasted oolong tea is not as good as Naga Tea but if you ask for honey, it will make it sweeter and taste like sweet tea. The last two cups are the old cups but they’ve transitioned to new ones. One downside preferably for me is that the boba is on the smaller side now. It’s not as large as other places. But they now do have some games to play but they also have really cool figurines to look at from anime. Overall, I’m really happy about going to tbaar! Definitely recommend coming here!
