I don’t even know where to begin, or how to express my disappointment and irritation with this location. We’ve had issues with this location probably 3-5 times now, to the point that we almost always drive to a different location instead of doing delivery because the website only allows us to select this location for delivery. I mean, driving on Blanding instead of dealing with incompetence, bad attitudes, rude management, careless staff, etc.? Sounds like a better option to me!
There’s always SOMETHING wrong with an order here. Always. Something! Forgetting part of our order, delivering an hour late, cold food, soggy pizza, the list goes on. We decided to give them another chance tonight, it’d been a long day and we just wanted pizza (I would also like to add that Papa John’s has always been my favorite, and I have never experienced this many issues with Papa John’s or any other restaurant/establishment for the matter). We ordered two hand-tossed pizzas this evening. They arrived early (credit to our speedy Dasher). They were SO thin, as thin as the paper plates we were using! I thought maybe I’d made a mistake and ordered thin crust, but alas, I did not. I called and spoke to a manager, who neglected to provide his name, and attempted to rectify the situation. He very rudely advised me that they don’t offer medium thin crust pizzas - why, yes, that seems to be a bit of a problem for both of us then, doesn’t it? He told me I could bring the pizzas in to exchange them. You mean the pizzas I just PAID AND TIPPED to have delivered? Are you serious? That’s your solution? I just wanted a refund or the pizzas to be remade and delivered again - but here we are. “That’s just our policy,” I think someone at corporate would beg to differ (oh and other managers in your store who HAVE corrected previous issues).
He was rude and unprofessional. Why wouldn’t you want to solve the problem? How would you feel if it was YOUR food? This place is a joke and I would stay away, far away, if I were you. They give Papa John’s a bad name.
I have submitted feedback at a corporate level, and am waiting for a response, I’m hoping that goes better than my conversation with this disrespectful,...

I just moved and decided that while I'm getting groceries in order I would purchase a gift card that included a free pizza from Papa Johns. What could go wrong? Everything. Everything went wrong.
At first I made the mistake of adding more than one topping and had to call to get it cancelled. Luckily when I called the manager and informed her, she cancelled it and told me if I re-ordered the same pizza I wouldn't be charged. Well, I was. So now I've been charged twice, once on my debit card and once on the gift card.
I talk to customer support and they tell me something will be done, nothing is done. Today my balance is a little over $4.00 after I ordered bread sticks and cheese sticks. Does anyone else remember when bread sticks were flavorless, dry and flour-covered sticks of bread? I don't. That's how they come from this restaurant though.
So I called them back yet again, the manager this time only gave me store credit for the exact amount, minus tax of course, for the breadsticks. Not even offering me the other cheap treat for free to compensate for the dry and nasty bread sticks I had received.
I called back today to see if I could speak to a different manager. I'm not sure who I got but he was a real dick. He kept telling me that if I had ordered it for free, they wouldn't have charged me and it was my fault for not knowing how to follow simple instructions. I asked him why they didn't simply cancel my order if they saw I was about to pay for things they told me I wouldn't be charged for. His reply was, it was my choice to pay for it even if I didn't get it and it wasn't their job to refund the money if I make a mistake. The manager continued to mock me and mentioning how he had already talked to cooperate about me and how they were on his side, even though he wasn't a part of the original situation.
So, that, in a nutshell, is what I've been dealing with the past...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!! I spoke with the GM Mark, refused to give me a last name. I explained to him that I had previously ordered pizza that arrived messed up. I was told I had credit for a redo/ reorder. However it was for another location that I lived in prior and have now moved. I explained this to Mark that I no longer live near that location. He said he would look into it for me and get back to me. After 2 hours I haven't heard anything, so I called back.. he gave me a rude and sarcastic response saying that my profile could not be found. And eventually hung up on me. So my previous 2 experiences have been very negative. 1 location could not get my order right and failed to honor their word about replacing the order, claiming they could not find it. And most recent being talked to extremely unprofessional, not having my call returned and then being hung up on by the GM. He offered me no solution , did not try to help, EXTREMELY RUDE IMDIVIDUAL. Should not be a GM. That's why this location is rated a "D" .. or 2.9. I would never support this business again. Papa John's is a large company, to fail to have my order replaced by 2 different locations is crazy. Im sorry 2 medium pizzas would bankrupt yall. Try improving your customer service. Lastly, initially when I called, I asked the woman who answered the phone for her name, very politely, I said "can I please have your name so I can address you properly and know who I'm speaking to" , and she said "nah.." Keep up the friendly service and hard work guys!! Shame on Papa John's.i had to drive 25 mins to anther location where I recieved excellent help...
