I would give this place negative stars if I could.
I placed an order on the app for a moza meat sandwich, which is advertised as having fresh BelGioioso mozarella on it. The cheese is even preselected on the app when you go to the customization options.
When my sandwich had no cheese on it, my husband brought it to the sandwich maker's attention (I believe her name was Isabelle, but I was so angry at the end of this, I may not be remembering correctly). She proceeded to tell us very rudely, that even though they don't have that kind of cheese, it was our own error for not selecting it in the app. We showed her where the cheese was preselected, she even tapped the option herself. There was only two options, regular cheese, or extra for $1.50. There was no option for it to be omitted. She then said it still didn't matter, it wasn't on her ticket.
We told her that that wasn't our fault, and that the whole situation was pretty much false advertising. That's when she told my husband that he was too close to her counter, and THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE.
I asked for her manager's name and number, to which she responded that she wasn't allowed to give that information out, and even if I wanted to call corporate, it wouldn't matter. She said her manager would take her side anyway.
While we waited for our food, prior to this exchange, Miss Isabelle carried on loudly with two male customers, laughing and making fun of the disgusting sandwich choices of some customers she has served in her time at Subway. She also complained loudly about how disgusting the trash was when she had to take it out.
I am not usually the type of person to leave reviews unless something is either REALLY good, or REALLY bad. I probably would have left the whole thing alone if it hadn't been for being threatened with having the police called.
I'm sure ocpd would have been overjoyed to respond to such a call, especially when there is a shortage of first responders.
If you're in the Yopp Road area, leave the Walmart Subway well enough alone. Take your money across the parking lot to the free standing Subway in Freedom Village, where the employees are always kind, pleasant, helpful, and don't threaten to call the cops on you for asking for...

Read moreThis is the second time I have gone to this subway and my food is mediocre. When the guy went to cut my bread for the sub he smashed my entire sub trying to cut it open, I asked for a toasted sub and the gentleman working proceeded to place mine and my friends sub in the toaster at the Sametime. This caused my friends sub to be toasted and mine not, I asked if he could raise the toasting time before hand and he said yes but never did. All and all I will NOT be going back to this subway to get my...
