I attempted to eat at subway last Sunday. However, the shop was closed at 2:00pm. The lights were off!
So, being a Subway fan for over 30 years, I went back tonight to try again. Apparently, the young lady who was supposed to open the shop never came to work. Wow! Strike One!
Then, while ordering my Subway $10 footlong sub, I had to ask for all 4 half-slices of cheese THREE times. It did not cover the four slices of turkey. Next, I asked for some vegetables to be placed on my specialty deli sub. Is there. Shortage on olives??? I received four slices of olive on my sub. It was not even a whole olive. STRIKE TWO
Arriving home to eat my marvelous sub, I saw the finished product. It was the worst sub I have ever punched at Subway. Hard bread, skimpy meat, little cheese and almost NO veggies. ALL FOR $10??? STRIKE THREE
from now on I will invest my time and money at either Firehouse or Larry's a bit more money for a lot more quality! Good bye...

While the atmosphere was nice, I've never seen worse portion sizes at any Subway. I placed my order online and arrived while they were still making itâthankfully. They initially tried to give me about half the usual amount of meat Iâve received at other Subway stores. It was barely enough to cover the bread when laid flat. I asked them to add more, and while they were hesitant at first, they finally added an extra scoop after I mentioned Iâd request a refund.
It feels like the owner is cutting corners everywhere possible. They donât honor Subway couponsâeven official ones directly from Subwayâunless theyâre through the app.
To make matters worse, they regularly run out of basic ingredients like spinach. Whatâs baffling is theyâre located right next to a Publix, yet they still fail to restock.
Save yourself the frustration and go to a different...
Read moreWell, I'm going to add to the negative comments. This Subway doesn't honor subway promotions or coupons unless you order online. There is a "sign" taped to the counter that says, due to confusion they only accept coupons if ordered online. The owner must be a cheap tyrant because the employees are rude and don't care if you buy anything. If you ask them for help, they act as if daddy is watching and they are beat dogs. They don't want you to figure out how to get the discount Subway the corporation is offering to offset the insane price they charge now. I couldn't figure out how to "order online" the sandwich I wanted. A cold cut foot long. Didn't Subway get in trouble once for calling their subs foot long and they aren't 12 inches? They still aren't 12-inch subs. Subway is a long way from the old $5 dollar...
