Overall dissatisfied ☹️ The price must be related to the atmosphere in the restaurant bc it didn’t translate to delivery. (I’ve never dined in.) I want to say firstly, the food did TASTE good. The portions were good also. You won’t say that you regret eating it. It’s just not what I expected or was looking for. I ordered yellow curry with chicken, roti, and mango sticky rice. First, I noticed they didn’t have potatoes in their yellow curry which was weird to me, potatoes are almost always in yellow curry. I noticed they didn’t have potatoes anywhere on the menu though so I was like ok…I’ll still give them a try bc the reviews were so good but I should’ve looked at the lower star ratings instead of the higher ones. This was a part of the curry I still missed though. The curry was pretty good overall. The roti was stodgy and almost like a greasy crepe. (Disclaimer I did order delivery so that may have effected consistency) Honestly though, the stab in my heart was the mango sticky rice. This is like my favorite guilty pleasure and I don’t eat it that often so I was really looking forward to it and I was shocked by what I saw. In all my time of eating Thai food I’ve never seen this. The mango was diced (an inadequate amount) and there was shredded coconut on top 😩 I really dislike shredded coconut. A Thai person would never! It made me wonder who’s in the kitchen?? It was insulting that it was a smaller portion than most Thai restaurants AND it was more expensive. For why??? Anyway if you don’t know a lot about Thai food, you’d probably really enjoy this place, but if you like details in authentic Thai food, this isn’t that.

First time coming here and got to say the interior were amazing. Everything in there fit a great theme giving a great date night spot. Presentation of the food were excellent but I wish the taste would match the how the presentation were. Service was okay, decent to say. Here’s what we tried : Tom yum soup - 3/10 didn’t really like the taste honestly it tastes more of Cajun seasoning with water than anything honestly. Gyoza - 10/10 think it was the best thing that was on the menu. Roti canai - 7/10 it was okay I thought there would be some sort of filling in them than just being like a pancake. Philadelphia roll - 7/10 wasn’t really my cup of tea honestly, never really had Philadelphia roll like here. Crunch roll - 7/10 I thought this roll would be like something crunchy but nope ! Kinda misleading on that…. Thai special fried rice - 9/10 was good wished the beef was chopped better than being a gigantic piece. Red curry w/ chicken, shrimp and beef - 7/10 wasn’t a fun really, the broccoli had a weird taste and I’ve never really had curry so watery before so caught me off guard a bit with it. Peanut butter explosion- 8/10 it was great, but it was so much peanut butter that you can’t really taste the brownie that it was mush with. Thai tea - 6/10 It wasnt bad to say but it just taste straight up tea with a dash of milk. Overall it was okay, but I’ll definitely stay away from the sushi and just maybe stick with a fry rice and appetizers instead.

I haven’t been this impressed with a restaurant in a while. An overall excellent dining experience. Ambience- The restaurant was impeccably appointed. There are gorgeous modern chandeliers on the high ceilings that give lovely light. The place is clean and one entire wall has a live underwater scene projection. Relaxing and lovely. Staff- Polite and courteous helpful people that are knowledgeable about the menu. No complaints. Food quality- This is hands down the best Thai food I’ve had in years. Portions were ample. I couldn’t finish my plate, and I’m a whole lot of woman. Plating- Positively artful. The Tom Kha soup was PERFECT. They ask you from 1-5, what level of spice you’d like. I chose the hottest and it was hot but not stupidly so; not so much that it ruined the flavor. I had the edamame which was good. My entree was the mixed seafood curry. Again, I chose the hottest and it wasn’t as hot as the soup but it was wonderful. Excellent Curry and not stingy with the seafood. I expected a 50 dollar per person check for this level of overall quality. For two people we paid 60 WITH the tip. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would definitely choose this place for a date, business lunch or any excuse I can find to go!

Nothing like a wonderful evening, in great company, after a long, arduous week. Wonderful environment and attentive service.

They said the wait was 20 minutes; 30 max. I was in great company, so the wait was lovely.

Then my date said "I'm getting hungry!" I look at the time. It has been almost an hour. Right then, the pager goes off. Our table is ready.

A male Asian employee leads us to our table. The place looks like something out of 1990's Miami Beach. I dig it! Nostalgia.

A few minutes after being seated, a young white American woman approaches our table and demands "who sat you here?"

In rapid succession, she is followed by two Asian employees who announce in broken English "this table for four. We don't sit you there!"

Confused, I explain, "the guy at the front desk sat us here."

"This table for foh, people waiting!" One Asian woman persists.

"Why are you yelling?" I ask. "It's not like I walked in off the street and sat here. We waited almost an hour for this table."

"This table for foh!" The Asian lady insists. "It's three of us and we don't sit you here." Another shouts.

"We have a family waiting on this table," the white American woman explains.

Despite the stares from the dining room full of white patrons, we remain calm. I think we are, maybe, in shock. We must be being "punked!"

Any minute now, someone is going to jump out and point to the cameras.

"You do realize you're causing a scene and should not talk to me or any customer in that tone of voice?" I explain.

Feeling a bit out of sorts, we decide to leave. Still no camera crew... "I'm not being punked, just disrespected."

This feels more awful than the night I spent with a white friend at Ruth's Chris in downtown Jacksonville where the white waiter refused to even look at me the entire evening.

Mercury is now rising. On the way out, I ask a male employee at the front desk to speak to a manager.

"Yes, I am the manager," he said.

Wait! This is the same guy who sat us down at "this table for foh."

His explanation for our less than pleasant experience, caused by him? "We are very busy tonight."

He might as well have said "GTFOH, N-word!"

His attitude reminds me of something Denzel Washington said.

We chose not to let them ruin our evening, we left, politely... never to return.

Next time, I will put on my millennial hat, pull out my phone, and record 😩 smdh

I have been here a few times and did not have anything negative to say. The food is served quickly and we were seated quickly. Needless to say as a person with multiple food allergies I always make sure I check the menu, double check the menu, and make sure it’s communicated with the staff that I have an allergy. I usually choose something that does not have any of the food allergies I have. But last night my husband chose something to share with me, the pineapple fried rice that has cashews. He made sure to tell our waiter TWICE that he would like to have the pineapple fried rice WITHOUT cashews because he was sharing it with me and I have a tree nut allergy which my husband stressed upon. The waiter also communicated back that it will be coming out without cashews. When the food came out, it had cashews. Ok no problem we know mistakes happen so we told our waiter and he sent it back. The SECOND time he came back out not even 5 mins later with another plate of pineapple fried rice that hopefully will not have cashews. It looked okay but as my husband digged deeper he found cashews more at the bottom of the plate, which made us to believe they just tried to pick out the cashews from the previous plate and quickly gave it back to us as it was only 5 mins when it was initially sent it back. That being said we decided to change our entree completely and when that came out the vegetables were not cooked which I assume was in a rush since the rest of my family were already almost done eating their food. The rest of the food was good and my other family members had no complaints but coming from someone who has had multiple food allergies my entire life and am always prepared for it I wish there was more sympathy and communication from the staff. We did not hear a word of apology from our waiter and each time he just said “ok” and took the plate back, not a word from the manager as well. Not to mention I have a 2 year old nice who was sitting with us who has the same food allergy. What if that happened to her? I will not be coming back unfortunately and wish the best for the staff and the restaurant to improve its customer service and communication for those of us who have certain severe...
