Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We stop at this taco bells drive thru and the service wasnt bad but it also wasnt very good either. They werent movin very quickly and there were a good amount of cars ahead of us. When we finally get to the window they hand over our food my hard taco was crushed so all the meat and everything fell completely out. Then as i was trying to eat that i found a hair in my food which made me not eat the rest of my hard taco ,i moved to eating my burrito and it was just barely lukewarm and my mountain dew tasted like they have their mix of syrup and carbonation wrong cause it was like drinking mountain dew syrup. The cinnamon twist were very good like always. I wasnt impressed with any of it and im not usually one to complain but im not a satisfied customer with this visit i had at one of the local taco bells. I feel like i really wasted that visit to one of my favorite places to eat that i havent had much of it cuz i had to stop eating out cuz prices of everything has gone up so i cant afford to eat...

The others writing reviews on "Missing food" -- Yea, same here. Our family will no longer be going to this store, EVERY time, we're missing food. Yes, "we" count the food, but ushered to "pull up, we'll bring it out" so we have to get back in line to get our missing food. Missed items on a large order Wednesday, drove all the way home (20 minutes before we figured it out) Called manager to discuss, and his response, while polite, and courteous, was told "Sir, we're only Taco Bell Employees" -- I'm not sure what that even means, as I asked him "Yes, but you all know how to count to 20 right?"

Disappointed, but you've lost our business, among others I can see; and no longer going to return to this location. Owners, you should pay attention to these reviews or your store will continue to decline. This is probably the worst possible thing to happen to a customer. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell to go to. I have been here twice in three last two days and both days my food got messed up and got the wrong food. This time I went through the drive thru and got my food, thankfully I work right next to them but as I went to eat, it’s wasn’t my food at all so I went inside to get what I ordered and a worker said “I’ll be right with you” and then had me stand there and wait 20 minutes before asking me what I needed and then when I eventually got my food not only was I 10 minutes late for work but I still didn’t get my entire order. And there manager was just on the line making food instead of making sure the customer standing there for 20-25 minutes was taken care of and got the right food the second time. I will never come back to this store again and will make sure everyone know how horrible the...
