I was in the mood for Taco Bell so I went to the drive-through because the lobby was close I was told that they were not accepting credit cards so I drove around the building and place an order online. When I came backup I was told the same thing I informed them that I had placed an order online and was just here to pick it up the young lady let me know to drive up. I ordered a to chalupa meal that came with a soft taco and my daughter a mini quesadilla and a spicy potato taco. Firstly I asked if I could switch my drink to the sunrise cherry drink due to the fact that it gave no option on the app. I was told no the machine was down I agreed and then was handed my order, the young lady did not seem to enthused when I asked for some hot sauce so I double checked my order to make sure all was there, I was missing the potato taco. I let her know that I did not receive it and was told, "no it's all there." I informed her there should be total of 5 items and the response was well it's all there so I handed her the bag and asked her to check, she aggressively grabbed the bag then told me it was all there after roughly handling my food. When I explained to her that I didn't receive the soft potato taco it was met with opposition she then went to whoever was making the food and their response was that it was an in there. They proceeded to argue with her saying that it was not, at the end of the day they remade the taco. No offer to remake my order after going back and forth or for the wait which is fine, I'm more or less writing this based on the experience and it's not the first time I have had issues with this location and certainly will not be the last given how the employees act after a certain time. I understand the food industry is difficult but one of the driving forces of any business is customer service. After we ordered, we got all of our condiments and utensils from the well stocked, clean, and tidy butler counters. Got drinks and waited maybe 10 min for our food. It's a very old Taco Bell, but it has always been very well maintained, and the employees are always polite. The best part is that after we placed our order, the 3-year-old realized that the other two children and my husband got the freeze drink red Icy thing an icy, and she became veè upset and wanted the same thing. For all you Mama's out there who know their kids; I said, "she's going to cry if she sees theirs and doesn't have one of her own," hubby said "nah, she will be fine, weve already ordered, she probably won't even notice. I said u r getting paid for ur time right now. I asked to speak with manager at the window she said she was the manager.
