New China Restaurant — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This was a take-out restaurant that I would frequent years ago when I lived a few mins away. Last night I ordered items similar to what I ordered years ago and was disappointed in everything I ate (and the price was probably twice what it was 10 years ago).

I ordered Orange chicken and the sauce barely had an orange flavor and was served with fried rice that was dry and had no flavor. The Mongolian beef was tough and only served with a huge amount of cooked onions and a few peppers. The house fried rice was a fail, first the rice was dry and had no flavor, there were only a few pieces of chicken and some plain shrimp, no veggies or egg in this fried rice that lacked flavor and was a huge disappointment. The beef lo mein was a favorite in the past because the flavor was wonderful and tge noodles would hold well for leftovers, unfortunately what we got yesterday tasted like they were already leftovers, the noodles were dry and so was the beef.

This was a my last and very disappointing visit...

First they are extremely rude, I will not ever spend my money again. After asking for extra duck sauce she replies in her native tongue and I laugh you do not bother me for being a COWARD ! You have to say it in a way I wouldn’t understand and see you already lose at life being ugly on the inside and out. For a plate that cost $16.50 with recooked chicken wings that were overly done, mushy rice the rice had to be several days old, with the softest shrimp in the tray. Overall the food was hot because it has been over cooked several times and it was nasty I could barely eat the chicken. Will not have to ever worry talk to rude and negativity to the community you serve, trust it will fold in a way best for...

I am a long time customer but I will never go back. My daughter and I went for dinner inside. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and she ordered orange chicken and she paid. I then ordered separately 2 sweet teas. I got the teas then waited for our dinners. The lady gave us 2 orange chicken combos in a bag. I sat down, opened the bag to find the mistake. I took it back to the counter and she said I ordered that. She didn't take the food order, a younger girl took the food order. They refused to fix it so I don't have dinner tonight. Terrible business practices. I have never ordered orange chicken in my life. She was so rude about...
