The Sheik Sandwiches and Subs — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This morning me and my daughter went to this place and got some french fries. Every other morning the cashier ask me do I want seasoning on my fries sometimes I say yes sometimes I say no. This morning was a yes morning but she never asked me. So I initiated and told her I want seasoning on the fries please. She tell me it's in the lobby. I go in the lobby the seasoning she talking about top is filled with seasoning so it won't come out. I expressed that to her and she then wanted to use the one behind the counter. Here's my thing why didn't you do that from the beginning that would have saved so much time and me saying something to you. I don't know what's going on now a days but y'all customer service is terrible. Y'all hire these young people and they have no idea about what good customer service is. Let me have been behind the counter and a customer told me he or she wanted seasoning I'm just going to throw it on there because I'm at work this what I signed up to do. The problem is they don't want to be told what to do but you at work I didn't disrespect her I asked and ended it off with please when I really don't have to ask when I'm spending my hard earned money. I wasn't going to do a review but the experience impacted my morning negatively. It's hard for me to rap my mind around I go and spend my money to get terrible service. Bad customer service employees are extremely rude, talk negatively about customers and treat them horribly. My children went in there, my 2 girls and my older son, and they were ACTUALLY CALLING MY twin daughters Bit×*!$ and ho, etc. The manager did nothing about this and wen my son stood up to defend the girls, all of the staff from kitchen came out and surrounded my kids like they were going to jump him! Not only that but one of the female employees pushed one of my girls by her face as if to slap her and ended up scratching her down her neck! At this point they had called me and I got to this dump and called the 🚔! But I did speak to a mgr first, and of course he is going to say that it was the customer fault saying that my son and his female worker had argued and that's what started it. And he also said he called the police made a report, but he hadn't and wen I called they (the police) said they couldn't even arrest the people who assaulted my daughter and son because the management said video surveillance was not working. Let me tell u, this is the kind of people my kids will never grow into. That place is a -10 stars as far as I'm concerned...that is part of the mark this girl left on my daughter. Again. World renowned cherry lemonade, bottomless huge 32 oz cups. They're unsweet tea is delicious as well as their sweet tea. The food is always Top Notch they make it while you wait. They have seasoning salt for the french fries. I'm not real big on a whole lot of onion in my sandwiches and I like one of the favorites is the steak and a sack but it contains a lot of the cooked onions. So instead I order the roast beef in a sack which doesn't have cooked onions and it tastes just like the steak and a sack lettuce tomato and mayonnaise if you wish. The atmosphere is normal for a fast food type restaurant. Counters are stainless steel restaurant is always clean and you can see everything being done to your food. I would highly recommend. The breakfast also very highly recommended. Try breakfast pita.
