Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Food was sub par. A waste of $$. The Burrito supreme I ordered was $5.19. Hardly any meat in it. Was like runny spicy chili w/lettuce. Order several other items @ same visit. Not happy about any of the food. Hard chewy tortillas. All items that were supposed to have meat in them were basically hard chewy tortilla & lettuce. I have no idea why ppl keep coming back here….unless they are friends w/the employees & get a substantially better product than me & my husband did. No complaints about the service just the food. Incredibly salty as well. We probably won’t be back……especially not to this Taco Bell. Contacting Corporate over this poor ration of product is a definite option. Drive thru order, decided to chk my food after passin super one took my food up there they remade it , I got home assured that it was correct so I didn’t check it and realized they messed it up again . I didn’t drive back I just called and told them to please slow down and they wouldn’t mess up as much . I’ve never had a issue getting food there during the day but night shift is just not focused . To many mess ups , girls were giving each other high 5 and talking . Just looked a mess in there .
